THE FAILURE OF THE RIGHT BRAKE DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE BRAKE LINE. FACTORS WERE THE PILOT'S IMPROPER IN FLIGHT PLANNING/DECISION BY NOT CHECKING THE BRAKES PRIOR TO LANDING, AND THE BERM.
