THE MISSING NUMBER 6 CYLINDER PISTON PIN CAP AND THE SUBSEQUENT FAILURE OF THE NUMBER 6 CYLINDER CONNECTING ROD CAP. ALSO, THE LACK OF SUITABLE LANDING AREA FOR THE FORCED LANDING.
