THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN AIRSPEED WHEN HE DIVERTED HIS ATTENTION OUTSIDE THE AIRPLANE WHICH RESULTED IN AN INADVERTENT STALL AND SUBSEQUENT COLLISION WITH TREES.
