THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL DURING THE PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. A FACTOR WAS THE INSTRUCTOR PILOT'S INADEQUATE SUPERVISION OF THE FLIGHT.
