A GUY WIRE WAS STRUCK ON TAKEOFF BECAUSE OF INADEQUATE CLEARANCE. FACTORS RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT WERE POOR PLANNING/DECISION BY THE PILOT AND OVER CONFIDENCE IN PERSONAL ABILITY.
