THE LOSS OF ENGINE POWER DUE TO FAILURE OF THE SECOND STAGE TURBINE LABYRINTH SEAL. FACTORS RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT WERE: THE UNFAVORABLE WIND AND TALL TREES BORDERING THE EMERGENCY LANDING AREA.
