Probable cause

THE FAILURE OF THE DUAL STUDENT TO CORRECT A GROUND LOOP SWERVE DURING TAKEOFF GROUND RUN. INADEQUATE SUPERVISION BY THE CFI WAS A FACTOR IN THE ACCIDENT.
