Probable cause

A VIBRATION IN THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR, FOR UNDETERMINED REASONS, WHICH RESULTED IN COLLAPSE OF THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR. A FACTOR WAS FAILURE OF THE PILOT IN COMMAND TO ENSURE DEPLOYMENT OF THE GROUND SPOILERS.
