Probable cause
AN INADVERTENT PILOT-INDUCED STALL AT TOO LOW AN ALTITUDE TO EFFECT A SAFE RECOVERY. FACTORS WERE THE MALFUNCTIONING PROPELLER SYSTEM AND THE UNCOMMANDED FEATHERING OF THE PROPELLER.
