THE PILOT IN COMMAND'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN AIRSPEED (VSO) DURING A GO AROUND, RESULTING IN A LOSS OF CONTROL (STALL), AND SUBSEQUENT ON GROUND COLLISION WITH A PARKED AIRPLANE.
