INADVERTENT DEACTIVATION OF THE PARKING BRAKE BY THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE WORN CONDITION OF THE PARKING BRAKE ASSEMBLY.
