Probable cause
THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO FOLLOW PROCEDURES WHICH RESULTED IN THE FAILURE TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN. A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS THE PILOT'S INATTENTIVENESS.
