THE PILOT'S INADEQUATE REMEDIAL ACTION IN RESPONSE TO THE LOSS OF POWER IN THE RIGHT ENGINE, WHICH RESULTED IN HIS FAILURE TO ATTAIN THE PROPER TOUCHDOWN POINT FOR LANDING.
