Maintenance disclosure history

Service Difficulty Reports are self-reported maintenance findings. The NUMBER of reports is not a measure of reliability — diligent operators file more, not fewer. These are shown for transparency, not as a negative signal. To verify a report, search its control number at the FAA SDRS site.

Reports span 2026–2026. Most-reported systems: Hydraulic power (29) — 1. Most-common natures of condition, as filed: FLUID LOSS; WARNING INDICATION — 1.

1 report on file.

FLUID LOSS; WARNING INDICATION · 2026-07-03 Matched by certificate designator
N63DZ · ATA 2910

Part: HYDRAULIC SYSTEM — ABNORMAL (ZONE 100) · airframe 4,283 hrs · 3,274 cycles

WHILE EN-ROUTE FROM KACY TO KTPA, THE FLIGHT CREW RECEIVED A WHITE MAIN HYD QTY LOW ADVISORY. APPROXIMATELY 50 MINUTES LATER, MAIN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE BEGAN FLUCTUATING AND SUBSEQUENTLY DECREASED STEADILY. THE CREW DIVERTED TO KJAX AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. A MAIN HYD PRESSURE CAS MESSAGE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY DISPLAYED. AS HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTINUED TO DECREASE, THE CREW ACCOMPLISHED THE APPLICABLE QRH PROCEDURES, EXTENDING THE LANDING GEAR VIA THE FREE-FALL SYSTEM AND SELECTING FLAPS 20°. A RED NORMAL BRAKES FAIL CWP WARNING AND A RED BRAKES FAIL CAS MESSAGE WERE THEN DISPLAYED. THE CREW CONDUCTED A VISUAL APPROACH TO RUNWAY 08 AT KJAX. FOLLOWING TOUCHDOWN, NORMAL BRAKING WAS AVAILABLE AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS BROUGHT TO A SAFE STOP WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT REMAINS AT KJAX PENDING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AND TROUBLESHOOTING TO DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF THE HYDRAULIC FLUID LOSS AND RESULTING PRESSURE DEGRADATION.
