Part: BLOWER MOTOR — OVERHEATED (ZONE 100)
ON CLIMB OUT IT APPEARS THAT THE VENT BLOWER MOTOR BELOW THE PILOT'S FEET SEIZED UP AND THEN THE MOTOR ITSELF STARTED TO SMOKE. THE BREAKER FOR THE MOTOR TRIPPED AT THIS TIME.
Part: BOLT — CRACKED (RT WING)
A CRACK LIKE INDICATION WAS FOUND ON THE RIGHT HAND UPPER AFT WING BOLT. THE CRACK INDICATION IS IN THE THREADS OF THE BOLT. CRACK WAS FOUND WITH PENETRANT TESTING. INSPECTION WAS DONE PER TASK REPS 57-13-01 CHART 201 AS REQUESTED BY CLIENT
Part: WHEEL — CRACKED (MLG)
CRACK LIKE INDICATION LOCATED ON THE BEAD AREA OF WHEEL ON BOTH HALVES. CRACK INDICATION WERE FOUND BY THE EDDY CURRENT EXAMINATION METHOD.

ON THE FWD TRUNNION SUPPORT, A CRACK WAS LOCATED ON THE LT AND RT SIDES. EDDY CURRENT INSP USED. (K)
