AN INTERNAL ENGINE FAILURE DUE TO A THERMAL FATIGUE FAILURE OF THE 1ST STAGE TURBINE WHEEL AS A RESULT OF OVERTEMPERATURE. THE HIGH ROUGH/UNEVEN TERRAIN PREVENTED A SUCCESSFUL AUTOROTATION.
