FLAPS FAILED ON DEPARTURE CLIMB. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO FIELD.
BAGGAGE SMOKE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT
LISTED AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED AN IN FLIGHT BAGGAGE FIRE INDICATION. ON LANDING IT WAS FOUND THE INDICATION WAS ERRONEOUS AND CAUSED BY EXTREME DUST TO ACTIVATE THE OPTICAL SENSOR IN THE SMOKE DETECTOR.
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND THAT METAL WIRES ON THE BA-111 BRACKET ASSY, WERE LOOSE.
