Maintenance disclosure history
Service Difficulty Reports are self-reported maintenance findings. The NUMBER of reports is not a measure of reliability — diligent operators file more, not fewer. These are shown for transparency, not as a negative signal. To verify a report, search its control number at the FAA SDRS site.
Reports span 2024–2024. Most-reported systems: Fuel (28) — 1. Most-common natures of condition, as filed: F.O.D.; ENGINE STOPPAGE — 1.
1 report on file.
Part: FUEL SYS — CONTAMINATED
ENGINE STARTED RUNNING ROUGH AT TOD AND STOPPED PRODUCING POWER SHORTLY AFTER. AN EMERGENCY LANDING WAS MADE ON TUNDRA WITH NO DAMAGE. FUEL SUMPS AND GASCOLATOR WERE FOUND TO HAVE WHAT LOOKED LIKE "COTTON OR FILTER LIKE MATERIAL" WHICH WE BELIEVE WAS DRYER LINT. THIS SAME SUBSTANCE WAS FOUND IN OTHER AIRCRAFT ON THE FIELD AND WE BELIEVE SOMEBODY PUT DRYER LINT INTO THE GAS TANKS. NO PART OF THE AIRCRAFT WAS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE.
