DURING A HANGER INSPECTION, AN OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OFTHE FUSELAGE WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BURNT OUT EMERGENCY LIGHT BULB. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE.
FLT 4056 - DURING A GROUND INSPECTION IN ATL, THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED THE FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS BETWEEN ROWS 2 AND 4 WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT FUSE. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE. (M)

MAINTENANCE INSTALLED A TEMPORARY REPAIR TO THE FLAP TRACK SUPPORT RIB IAW THIS EO SETS THE FLIGHT LIMIT NOT TO EXCEED 400 FLIGHT HOURS BEFORE THE PERMANENT REPAIR IS DONE AND ALSO STTES THE RIB MUST BE REPLACED AT THE NEXT (A) CHECK. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CRACKED FLAP TRACK SUPPORT RIB.
DURING HANGAR MAINTENANCE IN TXK, THE RIGHT INBOARD FLAP INBOARD FIXED TRACK SUPPORT WAS CRACKED. MAINTENANCE INSTALLED A TEMPORARY REPAIR TO THE FLAP TRACK SUPPORT RIB IAW ASA EO120-57-0123. THIS EO REFERENCES SST-3404/00 AND SRM 57-20-07. (M)

DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE IN MCN, SEVERAL FLOOR TRACK LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY AT ROW 4BC. OPS CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE. (M)
FLT 4263 - DURING FLIGHT FROM ATL TO VLD AT FL210, CREW NOTICED AN ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL. FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED SMELL WAS NOT IN THE CABIN. CREW SAW SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE CAPTAINS AUDIO CONTROL PANEL. SMOKE STOPPED TWO MINUTES LATER. CREW CONTINUED FLIGHT TO VLD AND LANDED SAFELY. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT AUDIO CONTROL PANEL. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
FLT 4240 - ON APPROACH INTO ATL, THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND USING THE NORMAL METHOD. CREW BROKE OFF THE APPROACH AD CALLED FOR THE CHECKLIST. CREW ONLY GOT THREE RED B INDICATION LIGHTS. THE A LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. CREW USED EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL OVERRIDE AND EXTENDED THE GEAR. CREW HEARD THE GEAR EXTEND AND RECEIVED THREE GREEN B INDICATOR LIGHTS. CREW ATTEMPTED TO RESET THE A INDICATOR, BUT IT FAILED TO RESET. CREW DECLARED AND EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY. MAINTENANCE FOUND A SHORT IN THE WIRE FROM CIRCUIT BREAKER A INDICATION TO HANDLE AND RELAY BOX. MAINTENANCE REPLACED ENTIRE WIRE. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
FLT 4275 - EN ROUTE FROM OAJ TO ATL, AT APPROX 20 MILES EAST OF FLO THE VOR RECEIVED AN 'OIL PRESSURE NR 2' LIGHT ON MAP. CONFIRMED WITH GAUGE AND RIGHT OIL GAUGE WAS READING ZERO. LOW PRESSURE OIL CHECKLIST WAS COMPLETED AND REDUCED POWER ON AFFECTED ENGINE. F/A REPORTED A STRONG OIL SMELL IN THE CABIN. CAPTAIN SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, AND PROCEEDED TO THE NEAREST AIRPORT WHICH WAS FLO. EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT WAS STANDING BY AND TAXIED SAFELY TO THE TERMINAL UNDER NORMAL POWER. MTC REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE. FOUND OIL PRESSURE LINE CLOGGED. GOT HOT START AND CONDITION LEVER WAS NOT RESPONDING. CHANGED FUEL CONTROL AND O-RINGS. REPLACED PCU. PLANE RUNS FINE WITH EEC OFF, MTC WILL T
ATL/ABY - FLT 7002 - EN ROUTE, BLUE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILED. ON FINAL APPROACH TO ATL, GEAR WOULD NOT COME DOWN. EXECUTED FREE FALL OF GEAR AND GEAR EXTENDED. LANDED IN ATL SAFELY AND WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED HYDRAULIC LINE ON RIGHT HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. GEAR SWING COMPLIED WITH DUE TO FREE FALL PROCEDURE.
