PILOT REPORTED ENCOUNTERING SEVERE TURBULENCE UPON APPROACH TO LANDING. UPON RETURN TO BASE, PILOT NOTICED THAT RT INNER GEAR DOOR WAS HANGING OPEN. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, FOUND BELLCRANK BROKEN, PN 08411066.
WHILE PERFORMING 100 HR INSPECTION OF ACFT, FOUND CRACKS IN CYLINDERS NR 3 LOCATION, SN64015-16, NR 5 LOCATION, SN64016-17, NR 6 LOCATION, SN 63936-02. CRACKS WERE FOUND IN THE HEAD CASTING ON THE INTAKE VALVE SIDE IN THE VICINITY OF FINS 15-17 AS COUNTED OTBD FROM THE HEAD/BARREL JUNCTION. ENGINES WERE MODIFIED IAW STC SE4327SW-D.

CRACKS WERE FOUND IN THE HEAD CASTING ON THE INTAKE VALVE SIDE IN THE VICINITY OF FINS 15-17 AS COUNTED OTBD FROM THE HEAD/BARREL JUNCTION. ENGINE WAS MODIFIED IAW STC SE4327SW-D. CRACKS WERE DETECTED VIA SOAP BUBBLE TEST, EXCEPT THAT NR 5 CYLINDER HAD AUDIBLE HISS DURING COMPRESSION TEST AND HOLE BURNED IN BAFFLING.

WHILE PERFORMING 100 HR INSPECTION OF ACFT, FOUND RT REAR INNER GEAR DOOR ATTACH BRACKETS CRACKED AT INBD BOLT HOLE. BRACKET WAS STILL SECURED BY REMAINING MOUNT TABS. SIMILAR BRACKETS ARE USED ON FWD SIDE OF GEAR DOOR AS WELL AS LT GEAR DOOR, NO DAMAGE FOUND ON OTHER BRACKETS. DAMAGE IS DUE TO ROUTINE WEAR AND TEAR.
WHILE PERFORMING 100 HR INSPECTION OF ACFT, FOUND RT REAR INNER GEAR DOOR ATTACH BRACKETS CRACKED AT INBD BOLT HOLE. BRACKET WAS STILL SECURED BY REMAINING MOUNT TABS. SIMILAR BRACKETS ARE USED ON FWD SIDE OF GEAR DOOR AS WELL AS LT GEAR DOOR, NO DAMAGE FOUND ON OTHER BRACKETS. DAMAGE IS DUE TO ROUTINE WEAR AND TEAR.
