DURING CLIMB OUT AFTER TAKEOFF THE SLATS AND FLAPS REMAINED EXTENDED AND FAILED TO RETRACT WHEN SELECTED TO 'CLEAN'. DISCOVERED THE LOSS OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEM 2 PRESSURE AND FLUID LEVEL WHICH OPERATES THE FLAPS SYSTEM.
