SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF SMOKE WAS OBSERVED IN THE COCKPIT WITH ELECTRICAL ODOR. FORWARD CABIN VENT BLOWER WAS DISABLED AND THE SMOKE CLEARED. VENT BLOWER HAD FAILED INTERNALLY.
