IN LIGHT ICING CONDITIONS DE-ICER ON LT ENGINE INLET FAILED. BURNED SMALL HOLE ABOUT THE SIZE OF A QUARTER IN BOOT. THE DEICER LOOKED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION BEFORE IT FAILED.
