COULD NOT CONTROL CABIN TEMPERATURE.
A FEW MILES FROM LANDING IN BUR, THE PILOT NOTICED THE RIGHT ENGINE COWLING WAS STARTING TO COME OFF OF AIRCRAFT. PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY AT BUR WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE IS INSPECTING.
RIGHT ENGINE WOULDN'T COME UP TO FULL POWER ON RUN UP ON RUNWAY BEFORE TAKEOFF. PILOT NEVER ATTEMPTED TAKEOFF, NOTIFIED TOWER AND PROCEEDED TO TAXI BACK TO RAMP WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED LEAKING MANIFOLD GASKETS, COMPLIED WITH FULL POWER ENGINE GROUND RUN, OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
WHILE PILOT QUICKLY ADVANCED LEFT ENGINE THROTTLE FOR INITIAL TAKEOFF ROLL AT PHX, LEFT ENGINE QUIT. PILOT TAXIED BACK TO RAMP WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED FULL POWER RUN UP AND OPERATIONAL CHECK, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AFTER TAKEOFF FROM PHX, PILOTS ATTITUDE INDICATOR FAILED. PILOT RETURNED AND LANDED SAFELY AT PHX WITHOUT INCIDENT. AVIONICS REPLACED DEFECTIVE ATTITUDE INDICATOR, OPERATIONALLY CHECK NORMAL, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
ON TAKEOFF OUT OF ADS THE LOWER COCKPIT DOOR HINGE PIN WORKED IT'S WAY UP AND THE DOOR CAME LOOSE FROM THE FUSELAGE, RETURNED TO ADS. MAINTENANCE REINSTALLED PIN AND SAFETY WIRED PIN, OK FOR SERVICE.
AFTER DEPARTING ADS THE RIGHT ENGINE STARTED SURGING, PILOT ELECTED TO RETURN TO ADS. MAINTENANCE CLEANED FUEL NOZZLES AND UPPER DECK LINE, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
LANDING AT HOU NOSE TIRE WENT, AIRCRAFT TOWED OF RUNWAY. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACE NOSE TIRE AND WHEEL ASSY. OK FOR SERVICE.
DURING CLIMBOUT OF PHL THE LEFT ENGINE STARTED SURGING A COUPLE HUNDRED RPM. PILOT RETURNED TO PHL, NO PROBLEMS.
IB LANDING GEAR DOORS HAD CORROSION DUE TO DELAMINATION OF FORWARD EDGE OF GEAR DOORS.
