THIS AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE BY WEST STAR CHATANOOGA, WHERE THEY COMPLETED DOCS 1, 3, 6, 11, 12, AND 16. WE FLEW THE AIRCRAFT TO KGYY, WHERE GARY JET CENTER COMPLETED THEIR PREBUY INSPECTION AND NOTED MAJOR QUALITY ESCAPES. THE SUBJECT AIRCRAFT EXHIBITED CRACKING DAMAGE TO THE LH ELEVATOR, OUTBD HINGE, OUTBD HINGE HALF (P/N 6634003-61) COMMON TO THE LOWER FLANGE; RH AILERON, CENTER HINGE, OUTBD HINGE HALF (P/N 6624034-16) COMMON TO THE LOWER FLANGE; RUDDER, LOWER HINGE, UPR HINGE HALF (P/N 6631210-44) COMMON TO THE RH FLANGE; AND STRINGER 15L (P/N 6612026-3) COMMON TO THE AFT END AT THE 63% CHORD BULKHEAD. WE WERE NOTIFIED BY GARY JET OF THESE FINDINGS, AND AFTER FIGURING OUT WHO COULD PERFORM THE NECESSARY REPAIRS, CONTACTED OUR PMI. WE THEN WORKED TO SECURE AN NTO LETTER FROM TEXTRON, AND GOT A SFP TO RELOCATE THE AIRCRAFT TO KTOL WHERE TOLEDO JET IS DOING THE REPAIRS. I WILL BE SENDING PICTURES TO SUPPORT THIS.
