CRACK DAMAGE TO THE AFT UPPER FRAME ANGLE (PN: 350A21-1262.21) IN THE CARGO BAY WAS IDENTIFIED AT APPROXIMATELY FS 198â MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 0.125â.
CRACK DAMAGE TO THE CABIN FLOOR RH SPAR / EDGE FRAME (PN: 350A21-1600.20) WAS IDENTIFIED AT TWO LOCATIONS BENEATH THE RH FITTING AT APPROXIMATELY FS 64â MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 1.00â AND 0.60â. A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DAMAGE AND APPROVED REPAIR PROCEDURES ARE PROVIDED IN AIRBUS REPAIR DESIGN APPROVAL SHEET RDAS-EC130-53-2023-2501, ISSUE A DATED 18 AUG 2023.
AFTER MISSION PILOT NOTICED THE PLASTIC PROTECTION COVER CRACKED.
FOUND DOOR JETTISON COVER CRACKED AT ONE OF THE MOUNTING HOLES DURING AIRWORTHINESS CHECK.
AFTER LANDING, THE FLIGHT CREW SMELLED A STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR AFTER EXITING THE AIRCRAFT. TROUBLESHOT STARTER GENERATOR AND ASSOCIATED WIRING, MASTER ELECTRICAL BOX AND BOTH STROBE AND ANTI-COLLISION LIGHT POWER SUPPLIES, NO OBVIOUS DEFECTS WERE FOUND. GROUND RUNS FOUND NO DEFECTS.
