CABIN FLOOR PANEL 241BF WAS SOFT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. REPAIRED THE FLOOR PANEL IAW EA 291650.
FORWARD LAVATORY SMOKE AND FIRE WARNING SOUNDED 40 MINS INTO FLIGHT, FOR TWENTY SECOND. THEN WENT AWAY WITH NO EVIDENCE. ACCOMPLISHED A SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM RESET. SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL IAW MM 26-27-00.
NR 3 OVEN IN BUSINESS CLASS GALLEY OVERHEATED IN FLIGHT. CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. REPLACED THE OVEN, OPS CHECKED IAW AMM 25-35-19.
L1 DOOR GIRT BAR AREA HAS TRASH. REMOVED TRASH FROM L1 DOOR GIRT BAR AREA.
PLASTIC LENS THAT COVERS THE SLIDE PRESSURE INDICATOR ON OVERHEAD PANEL ABOVE FLIGHT ATTENDANT JUMPSEAT AT THE L2 DOOR FELL OFF. THE LENS WAS REINSTALLED IAW MM 25-61-00. OK FOR SERVICE.
DURING CRUISE AT FL 235, CABIN ALTITUDE KEPT CLIMBING TO 9550 FEET INLET, EXTRACT AND OUTFLOW VALVES ALL FULLY CLOSED. CABIN DIFFERENTIAL WAS 4.2 PSI. UNABLE TO MAINTANIN CABIN PRESSURIZATION UNTIL DESCENDING. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT ISSUE. MAINTENANCE FOUND FORWARD CARGO DOOR SEAL AT TOP LEFT CORNER DEFORMED AND NOT SEALING PROPERLY. REPLACED FORWARD CARGO DOOR SEAL IAW MM 52-31-18. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
FOUND A BROKEN SLIDE ARM HANDLE ON THE R2 DOOR. REPLACED ARM - DISARM SLIDE HANDLE IAW AMM 52-22-22. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED SUCCESSFUL OPS CHECK. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT AT SEAT 11C LOOSE.. SECURED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSY TO THE SEAT, OPS CHECKED OK IAW AMM.
AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. REQUEST FOR MAINTENANCE TO CHECK THERMAL BLANKETS IN FORWARD CARGO. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS COMPLAINED OF HOT FLOOR AND WIRED SMELL NEAR 1-L JUMPSEAT. MAINTENANCE TO TROUBLESHOOT FLOOR HEATING SYSTEM PER AMM 25-27-00-740-001-A. ACCOMPLISHED TSM 25-27-00, NO FAULTS NOTED. REPLACED LEFT HAND FLOOR HEATER CONTROL UNIT 60DS (PRECAUTIONARY) PER MM 25-27-34. L1 DOOR FLOOR HEATERS BITE TEST NORMAL.
SLIDE COVER AT THE L4 DOOR FOUND LOOSE. MAINTENANCE FOUND SLIDE STRAPS TOO LOOSE TO SECURE. REPLACED L4 DOOR SLIDE IAW AMM 25-62-44. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
CIDS 1 EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT SYSTEM TEST (12WL) FAULTED. REPLACED THE BATTERY IAW MM 33-51-38 AND MM 33-51-00.
LEFT AFT FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT IS INOPERATIVE. REPLACED THE BATTERY AND ACCOMPLISHED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
LEFT MID CABIN FLIGHT ATTENDANT EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT IS INOPERATIVE. REPLACED BATTERY AND ACCOMPLISHED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.

L4 DOOR OPENED FROM INSIDE WHILE ARMED. SLIDE PARTIALLY DEPLOYED. R & R THE L4 DOOR DAMPER CYLINDER DIAPHRAGM IAW AMM 52-22-00, LEAK CHECKED GOOD. R & R L4 DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE PACK IAW AMM 25-64-44, OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD. SEE ALSO AALA20151113004.

R3 SLIDE DEPLOYED WHILE DOOR REPORTEDLY DISARMED. FOUND SLIDE RELEASE MECHANISM TO BE PARTIALLY TRIPPED. R & R SLIDE & INFLATION RESERVOIR IAW AMM 25-62-47 & AMM 25-62-49.
L3 SLIDE DEPLOYED. DOOR SLIDE WAS DISARMED WHEN DOOR WAS OPENED. DURING OPENING THE DOOR, ESCAPE LEVER RELEASE MECHANISM, BROKE AWAY AT THE END OF THE LEVER WHERE A RIVET-STOP IS ASSEMBLED THROUGH THE HOLE IN THE LEVER. AS THE TECH WAS EXAMINING WHAT HAD HAPPENED HE ROTATED THE LEVER AND THE SLIDE DEPLOYED.
THE MECHANIC TOUCHED THE LEVER ON THE DOOR FRAME PART OF THE SLIDE ACTIVATION SET UP & THIS CAUSED THE LT NR 3 SLIDE TO DEPLOY. REPLACED BROKEN DOOR SLIDE DEPLOY MECHANISM & SLIDE.
