RIGHT ENGINE FIRELIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. THERE WAS NOT A FIRE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE UNEVENTFULLY.
RIGHT NO FUEL XFR (RIGHT NO FUEL TRANSFER) ANNUNCIATOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED GROUND OPS CHECK. NO DEFECT WAS DISCOVERED.
WHILE IN FLIGHT, CREW OF N12 SHUT DOWN NR 2 ENGINE FOR ITT FLUCTUATIONS AND REDLINING. AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN, ITT TEMP WAS STILL MEASURING OVER 900C. ON THE GROUND, TECHNICIAN LOCATED A BAD CRIMP ON A NEW WIRING HARNESS INSTALLED ON THE T5 WIRING HARNESS ON THE NR 2 ENGINE. TECHNICIAN WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY BY MOVING THE WIRES. THE FAULTY WIRE WAS RE-CRIMPED. DISCREPANCY WAS CLEARED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING INSPECTION OF THE NR 1 ENGINE, FIRE SEAL ASSY INBD CHANNEL LOWER FLANGE WAS FOUND CRACKED AND DEFORMED AT THE BOLT HOLES.
DURING INSPECTION OF NR 1 ENGINE, FIRE SEAL ASSY OTBD CHANNEL LOWER FLANGE WAS FOUND CRACKED AND DEFORMED AT THE BOLT HOLES.
DURING INSPECTION OF THE NR 2 ENGINE, THE FIRE SEAL ASSY INBD CHANNEL LOWER FLANGE WAS FOUND CRACKED AND DEFORMED AT THE BOLT HOLES.
DURING INSPECTION OF THE NR 2 ENGINE, THE FIRE SEAL ASSY OTBD CHANNEL LOWER FLANGE WAS FOUND CRACKED AND DEFORMED AT THE BOLT HOLES.
(UA2R) ANTI-ICE FLEX HOSES (PAIR) ON BOTH ENGINE INLETS CRACKED. R & R. PN IN BLOCK 5(C) BELOW IS LT. RT SN 90-910099-13, ALSO REPLACED.
DURING MAINT ACTIONS, DISCOVERED ALL BLEED FLEX LINES TO ENGINE INTAKE ANTI/DE-ICE HAD BROKEN ON BOTH ENGINES. NO OTHER DAMAGE NOTED TO NACELLE OR PYLON. REPAIRED AS NECESSARY WITH NEW COMPONENTS.
BOTH ENGINE INLET ANTI/DE-ICE MANIFOLDS WERE BROKEN ON BOTH ENGINES.
