CREW REPORTED UPON CALLING AN ARRIVAL FOR FLC70 THAT THEY RETURNED TO KBWI FOR MAINTENANCE DUE TO AIRCRAFT OVER-PRESSURIZATION AND A STRANGE ODOR AND POSSIBLE FUMES. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY ON BEHALF OF THE CREW. AFTER DESCENDING TO 10,000FT AND DEPRESSURIZING, ODOR DISSIPATED. MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING NO DEFECT HAS BEEN FOUND. AFTER TALKING TO THE PILOT THEY WERE AT 20,000 FT WITH MAX DIFFERENTIAL OF 6.4. NO OVERPRESSURE SITUATION. SAID THEY HAD A RUBBER BURNING SMELL. FOUND AUX AC CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED, RESET AND RAN AUX AC WITH NO ISSUE. MEL'D PRESSURIZATION AND RETURNED BACK TO HOME BASE OF KACY FOR CONTINUED TROUBLESHOOTING.
DURING FLIGHT INSPECTION AT KSAV IN N77 ALL CREW MEMBERS ACKNOWLEDGED SIGNIFICANT EYE IRRITANT PRESENT. MYSELF AND MS HAD WATERING PRESENT IN EYES, SIC ACKNOWLEDGE EYES BURNING. I DECLARED AN EMERGENCY WITH SAV APPROACH AND WAS GIVEN AN IMMEDIATE CLEARANCE TO LAND RWY 28. ALL CREWMEMBER IN AIRCRAFT DONNED O2 MASKS AND GOGGLES. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL AND EXIT IF RUNWAY FOR EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN AND EVACUATION. CRASH RESCUE RESPONDED AND DISCONNECTED BATTERY AND CHECKED FOR HOT SPOTS. ALL CREW MEMBERS FLUSHED EYES WITH WATER PROVIDED BY CRASH RESCUE. COMPANY WAS CONTACTED BY AIRPORT MANAGEMENT TO TUG AIRCRAFT TO SHELTAIR FBO. NOTIFIED THE MX TUG OPERATOR BRAKES WERE ON AND ENTERED THE AIRPLANE TO RELEASE. REPORTED A BURNING ODOR.

ON 09 DECEMBER 2025, WAS PERFORMING FLIGHT INSPECTION MANEUVERS WHEN THE CREW BECAME AWARE OF A STRONG ODOR OF ELECTRICAL SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED WITH BOSTON TRACON AND AN EMERGENCY LANDING WAS PERFORMED ON RUNWAY 27. AIRPORT RESCUE AND FIREFIGHTING VEHICLES WERE DISPATCHED AND THE CREW EVACUATED ON THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN TOWED TO SIGNATURE FLIGHT SUPPORT FBO. MAINTENANCE AND ON-CALL DUTY MANAGER HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. RU3A
DURING ROLLOUT INSPECTION, CREW RETURNED TO GATE DUE TO AIRCRAFT'S BRAKES BECAME EXCESSIVELY HOT PRODUCING VISIBLE SMOKE. FIRE TRUCKS WERE ROLLED OUT AND SPRAYED THE HOT BRAKES DOWN; AIRCRAFT WAS EVACUATED AND TOWED BACK TO THE GATE. CREW EVACUATED THROUGH THE MED ON THE TAXIWAY, MLG HOSED DOWN BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED BACK TO THE FBO. A LOCAL COMPANY DID A VISUAL INSPECTION AND FOUND NO OBVIOUS DAMAGE BUT DID NOTE SLIGHT DISCOLORATION OF THE BRAKES.
SMOKE WAS DETECTED IN THE CABIN FROM SMELL AND VISUALLY. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO THE NEAREST ACCEPTABLE AIRFIELD (KSHD). TROUBLESHOOTING LED TO THE FLAP DRIVE MOTOR ASEMBLY AS THE PART CAUSING THE SMOKE.
LOSS OF THE # 3 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM IN FLIGHT. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND LANDING GEAR WAS MANUALLY DEPLOYED. UPON INSPECTION, THE NLG DOOR ACTUATOR HOSE WAS FOUND TO BE RUPTURED.
NO LH MLG INDICATION. PUMPED GEAR DOWN MANUALLY AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. CURRENTLY TROUBLESHOOTING.
DURING ENGINE PRE-TAKEOFF PERFORMANCE RUNS, THE #2 PROP WOULD NOT COME OUT OF FEATHER. MAINTENANCE TEAM INSPECTED THE ENGINE &PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY. OUT CAUTION, IT WAS DECIDED TO REPLACE THE RH ENGINE PROP GOVERNOR.
RIGHT ENGINE FIRELIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. THERE WAS NOT A FIRE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE UNEVENTFULLY.
ON APPROACH RWY25 KNUW ON FINAL FLAPS 20 AND GEAR DOWN WAS CALLED FOR. AS GEAR WAS IN TRANSIT OBSERVED EACH HYDR PRESS LIGHT ILLUMINATE ALTERNATELY APPROXIMATELY 3 TIMES THEN BOTH LIGHTS ILLUMINATED STEADY. GEAR INDICATOR SHOWED 3 GREEN. CLIMBED OUT OF PAR LOW APPROACH. DECLARED EMERGENCY WITH KUW TO RELAY TO SEA TRACON. LANDED IFR AT SEA. UPON LANDING NORMAL BRAKING WAS NOT AVAILABLE, SPOILERS DID NOT EXTEND. EMERGENCY BRAKE HANDLE WAS DEPLOYED AND AIRCRAFT STOPPED IN 9900 FT. TIRES DID NOT BLOW AND WE WERE ABLE TO EXIT RWY 34R AT TAXIWAY H UNDER SHIPS POWER. SHUT DOWN AIRCRAFT AND EVACUATED. HYDRAULIC FLUID WAS POURING OUT OF THE BELLY OF THE AIRCRAFT BETWEEN THE TWO MAIN GEARS.
DEFECT: STRONG FUEL SMELL/ODOR AFTER TAKE-OFF, ACFT DECLARED IFE AND RETURNED BACK TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT (BNA). MXC PLAN: N71âS RT AUX FUEL BLADDER WAS JUST REPLACED. LOCATING LOCAL MX TO INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAKS.
âFUSELAGE SKIN BUCKLED AFT OF NOSE LANDING FOLLOW UP DOORâ ON LOGBOOK PAGE 270398 DATED JULY 29, 2021 HOURS 14193.3 LANDINGS 5792 THE AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED UP TO WICHITA ON AUGUST 19, 2021 HOURS 14,194.1 LANDINGS 5793 LOGBOOK PAGE 270402. 10/01/2021 DETERMINED THAT REPAIR LIKELY TO BE A MAJOR REPAIR. AWAITING BOMBARDIER ENGINEERING DISPOSITION.
JUST OUTSIDE FAF ON ILS 27L TO KPHL, WE COMPLETED A BEFORE LANDING CHECK. OBSERVED THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS NOT DOWN AND LOCKED, AND THAT THE GEAR HANDLE RED LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. NOSE GEAR AND LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR HAD GREEN CAPSULE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. COMPLETED GO-AROUND AND COORDINATED WITH ATC. EMERGENCY PROCEDURE FOR LDG UNSAFE WAS ACCOMPLISHED. IT TOOK THREE STROKES OF THE ALTERNATE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION HANDLE TO MAKE THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR CAPSULE LIGHT ILLUMINATE GREEN (DOWN). MADE COORDINATION WITH ATC TO LAND AT KACY RWY 22 WITH FIRE RESCUE STANDING BY. AIRCRAFT SHUTDOWN UPON EXITING FROM RWY 22 AT D TAXIWAY. AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED TO THE HANGAR. REMOVED AND REPLACE RIGHT MLG ACTUATOR
GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. 'I/P WOW' LIGHT ILLUMINATED. REPLACED DOOR SELECTOR VALVE AND WEIGHT ON WHEELS HARNESS ON NOSE LANDING GEAR

FLAPS FAILED @ 43 DEGREES ON APPROACH @ KAFW. FULL STOP LANDING AND FLAP RESET SUCCESSFUL.
UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE AIRCRAFT CABIN DURING CLIMBOUT. SWITCH POSITIONS VERIFIED CORRECTLY AND SYSTEM WOULD NOT TEST AFTER LANDING

GEAR HANDLE RAISED, RED LIGHT IN HANDLE DID NOT EXTINGUISH. UPLOCK SWITCH IN RT MAIN GEAR NEEDED TO BE ADJUSTED.
THE NR 2 ENGINE BEGAN TO COMPRESSOR STALL. IT FLUCTUATED BETWEEN 400 AND 700 DEGREES C. RIGHT THROTTLE WAS RETARDED TO IDLE AND COMPRESSOR STALL STOPPED. COMPRESSOR STALL RESUMED AS THROTTLE WAS ADVANCED ABOVE IDLE.
CABIN ALT WARNING ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT CABIN DIFF SHOWS "0". AIR PRESSURE CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT CORRECTED ISSUE.
GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT AFTER RETRACTION.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND, CYCLED HANDLE GEAR CAME DOWN. CORRECTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR HANDLE ASSEMBLY.
RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED ON LANDING ROLLOUT.
CLIMBING OUT AFTER LOW APPROACH, BOTH THROTTLES AT 85% N1, HEARD A CLUNK AND FELT A SMALL BUMP. ALL LEFT ENGINE INSTRUMENTS HIGH. ITT SHOWED ALL RED LIGHTS. NO FIRE INDICATIONS OR WARNING, BROUGHT LEFT ENGINE TO IDLE, N1 CAME BACK TO IDLE AND ITT STAYED A LITTLE HIGH (827DEGC). FUEL FLOW ALSO AT IDLE (66), BUT N2 STAYED AT 94.4. SHUT DOWN LEFT ENGINE WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEM.

RIGHT SIDE FUEL INDICATION LOST 600-800 LBS CAUSING FUEL IMBALANCE MASTER CAUTION. CORRECTED BY RESEATING THE FUEL QUANTITY GAGING COMPUTER AND CLEARING MEMORY.
LEFT BLEED AIR FAIL. LIGHT EXTINGUISHED ON DESCENT.

LEFT BLEED AIR LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON AT 11000 CLIMBING OUT 4 MINUTES LATER PASSING 9000 DESCENDING. HOLE WAS FOUND IN EVA TUBING, TUBING WAS ROUTED ON TOP OF BLEED AIR LINE, ROUTED EVA TUBING CORRECTLY,
INTERMITTENT FLASHING BLEED AIR WING DUCT FAIL AND BLEED AIR DETECT. MX TROUBLESHOOTING.
TEN MINUTES INTO THE FLIGHT AT 14000' THE LEFT ENGINE BLEED AIR FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED. FOUND A HOLE IN EVA TUBING. TUBING REPLACED.
LEFT BLEED AIR FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT, 25 MIN INTO FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED LEFT BLEED AIR VALVE.
