NO R/H GEAR DOWN INDICATION. LANDING GEAR HANDLE RED. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES C/W. UPON LANDING R/H GREEN ILLUMINATED AND RED HANDLE EXTINGUISHED
RIGHT MAIN GEAR LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. THE GEAR HANDLE WAS ILLUMINATED WITH TWO RED LIGHTS INDICATING A GEAR UNSAFE CONDITION. AFTER CYCLING THE GEAR RECEIVED THREE GREEN LIGHTS, WITH NO RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT IN HANDLE.
NOSE GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATED BUT LEFT MAIN, RIGHT MAIN DID NOT ILLUMINATE. HANDLE STAYED RED.
RT MAIN GEAR INDICATOR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE, GEAR HANDLE STAYED ILLUMINATED.
RIGHT MAIN GEAR, NO GREEN LIGHT WITH HANDLE DOWN, GEAR WILL NOT COME UP WITH HANDLE UP. RIGGED DOWNLOCK SWITCH AS NECESSARY. OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD IAW 32-61-07-501.
RIGHT LANDING GEAR DOWN INDICATOR NOT ILLUMINATED & GEAR UNSAFE WARNING IN GEAR HANDLE. ADVISORY TO SELECT FULL FLAPS AS ANOTHER VERIFICATION, RECEIVED 3 GREEN NO RED. IN MAINTENANCE AT THIS TIME
ON LOWERING THE LANDING GEAR, THE RT MLG GAVE UNSAFE INDICATION. PERFORMED EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, UNEVENTFUL LANDING. CHECKED HYD PAK, MOTOR, WIRING RELAYS NO DEFECTS FOUND. CHECKED RT MLG ACTUATOR AND MLG DOWNLOCK SWITCH AND FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS BUT ALSO FOUND TO BE ON OUTER EDGE OF LIMITS OPPOSITE TO EACH OTHER. RIGGED BOTH COMPONENTS TO MORE CENTER OF LIMITS ENSURING CLOSER TO EACH OTHERS TOLERANCE, CYCLED GEAR AND OPERATED WITH NO. PERFORMED TEST FLIGHT, CYCLED AND LANDED ACFT NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. RETURNED ACFT TO SERVICE.
RT MLG DID NOT COME DOWN AND LOCK DURING NORMAL OPERATIONS. USED EMERGENCY EXTENTION TO LOWER GEAR DOWN AND MAKE SAFE. MADE UN-EVENTFUL LANDING.
WHEEL WAS REJECTED BY NDT SHOP DUE TO A CRACK IN TIE BOLT HOLE.
