DURING APPROACH, THE NR 1 POWER OUTPUT REDUCED AND WOULD NOT RESPOND TO INPUT. THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN AND AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED NO DAMAGED P3 OR PY LINES. REPLACED FUEL CONTROL UNIT.
GRI - NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE AFTER SELECTING GEAR DOWN. REPLACED NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCK SWITCH. (M)
FLO - WHITE SMOKE FILLED COCKPIT AND CABIN. TURNED OFF ENVIRONMENTAL VALVES. MAINTENANCE FOUND AFT VENT BLOWER INOPERATIVE. RAN AIRCRAFT WITH BLEEDS OPEN AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE AT THIS TIME. MEL'D BLOWERS AND LATER REPLACED AFT VENT BLOWER. (M)
SPI - CREW REPORTED THAT GEAR POSITION LIGHTS REMAINED GREEN AFTER SELECTING GEAR UP. THEY MADE AN AIR TURN-BACK AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED 'DOWN AND LOCKED' ANNUNCIATOR ASSY. OPS CHECK WAS GOOD. (X)
SPI - CREW REPORTED, LEFT GENERATOR ANNUNICATOR ILLUMINATED WHILE TAXIING AND THEY RETURNED TO GATE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED BUS TIE CONTROL PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD. OPS CHECK WAS GOOD. (M)
SPI - CREW OBSERVED NOSE GEAR POSITION LIGHT WAS NOT ILLUMINATED WITH GEAR SELECTED DOWN. THEY MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR. LEAK CHECK AND OPS CHECK WERE GOOD. (X)
SPI - DURING VISUAL INSPECTION OF AREA 'A' AS REQUIRED BY AD 95-12-18, A CRACK WAS FOUND. THE RIGHT ENGINE TRUSS WAS REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE.
MSP - DURING TAXI TO THE TERMINAL, THE RT PROPELLER CONTACTED A RAMP BAGGAGE CART. THE PROPELLER WAS CHANGED AND AS A PRECAUTION, ENGINE AND TRUSS WERE CHANGED. SMALL REPAIRS WERE ACCOMPLISHED TO THE FUSELAGE SKIN IAW THE BEECH SRM.
MSP - ON APPROACH THE RT ENGINE STALLED, AFTER WHICH THE CREW SHUT DOWN AND SECURED THE ENGINE. AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR BLEED VALVE. AFTER A SUCCESSFUL TEST FLIGHT, THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FROM MAINTENANCE.
SPW - DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE FUSELAGE FRAME CRACKED AT THE POINT WHERE THE FIRST AIR DOOR SNUBBER BRACKET IS ATTACHED. REPAIRED FRAME IAW BEECH SRM 51-70-00, PAGE 52.
