DURING A 1000 HOUR AIRFRAME INSPECTION FOUND THE LEFT FORWARD LANDING GEAR FITTING CORRODED. REPAIRED IAW AIRBUS RDAS-EC135-53-2023-2753 ISSUE A DATED: 09/20/2023
HTAWS FAILED FOLLOWED BY THE GNS 530 FOLLOWED BY THE TECHNOSONIC HEAD IN MEDICAL COMPARTMENT WITH SMOKE. INSPECTED WIRING AND CONNECTORS, NO VISIBLE DAMAGE. DETERMINED INTERNAL SHORT IN GARMIN 530 WHICH CAUSED SMOKE AND SMELL IN CABIN. REMOVED AND REPLACED GARMIN 530. ALL SYSTEMS OPS CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CRACK FOUND IN THE 5A FRAME DURING HEAVY MAINTENANCE. THIS CRACK WAS REPAIRED PER THE MANUFACTURERS STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL.
NR 1 ENGINE DEGRADE & FADEC FAILURE CAUTION. ENGINE FAILURE, ATTEMPTING MANUAL THROTTLE BY PILOT DURING FLIGHT, TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM FOUND DECU/FADEC HARD FAILED.
LADDER FELL OVER AND HIT AGAINST THE RT TAILBOOM SHROUD AND CAUSED A 0.5 INCH LONG CRACK IN THE COMPOSITE STRUCTURE.
