IAH - THE CREW REPORTED A PITCH TRIM RUNAWAY ON TAKEOFF, FOLLOWED BY A PITCH TRIM INOP MESSAGE AND BOTH PITCH TRIM CIRCUIT BREAKERS POPPED. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CAPTAINS YOKE PITCH TRIM SWITCH, AND THE CAPTAINS TRIM DISCONNECT SWITCH. OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

IAH - FLIGHT 2913, DURING POSTFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED THE AISLE PATH AND EXIT ROW SIGN TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER FOUR EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 2093, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS AFT OF ROW 12 WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE CHARGED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS CAME ON WHEN THE AIRCRAFT WAS DOWN POWERED WITH ALL SWITCHES IN CORRECT POSITIONS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER THREE EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 2104, THE CREW REPORTED A STRONG ODOR AFTER T/O. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, OPERATIONALLY TESTED BOTH ENGINES WITH NO DEFECTS OR ODORS FOUND, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE NR 4 AISLE PATH LIGHT STRIP WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PLACED THE AISLE PATH LIGHT STRIP ON MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. IAH MAINTENANCE SUBSEQUENTLY REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER FOUR AISLE PATH LIGHT STRIP ON 06/19/2010, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - DURING PRE FLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED A CRACK IN THE COCKPIT CROWN PANEL SKIN BY THE CAPTAINS DV WINDOW. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR TO THE CROWN PANEL SKIN, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED A HOT ELECTRICAL SMELL IN THE AREA OF SEAT 1A. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BALLAST 2A, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 2195, DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED AN ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL IN THE LAV. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE LAV, AND REMOVED THE LIGHT BULB FROM THE LAV CEILING LIGHT, AND PLACED THE LAV LIGHTING ON NEF-LV-05 CAT "D" CTL NUMBER 176224, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. IAH - FLIGHT 2042, THE CREW REPORTED A BLEED 1 LEAK INDICATION AT APPROXIMATELY 15,000 FEET ON CLIMBOUT. THE ACFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX INSPECTED THE ACFT AND TIGHTENED A CLAMP ON A BLEED LINE IN THE AFT AVIONICS COMPARTMENT. OPS & LEAK CHECKS WERE PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED AN ENGINE (1) BLEED LEAK ON CLIMB. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX R&R RT BLEED DUCT BETWEEN FRAMES 56-60, OPS AND LEAK CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
LCH DURING MX INSPECTION THE OVERWING CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MX R&R THE NR 6 EMERGENCY LIGHT BALLAST, OPS CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 2938 - DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION, THE CREW REPORTED A BURNING SMELL AT ROW 18. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, FOUND A BAD BALLAST AT SEAT 18A. THE BALLAST WAS DISCONNECTED AND THE LIGHT PLACED ON MAL 33-20-00/1 CAT C CONTROL NUMBER 151397 AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. ON 08/03/08 MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LIGHT BALLAST FOR ROW 18, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. (S)

CLE FLIGHT 2349 THE CREW REPORTED A LANDING GEAR AIR/GROUND FAIL MESSAGE WHEN THE GEAR WAS EXTENDED. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE RIGHT NOSE GEAR DOOR WAS SLOW TO OPEN. THE NOSE GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR WAS REPLACED AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

MAINTENANCE ZERO RIGGED THE INBOARD FLAPS IAW EMB 145 AMM 27-53-04 AND OPERATIONALLY CHECKED THE FLAPS. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
