DISCREPANCY - LEFT HAND SIDE FUSELAGE JUST AFT OF ENTRY DOOR AND FORWARD OF REPAIR HAS "OIL CANNING" AND DISTORTION THAT IS APPROXIMATELY 2 INCH'S SQUARE. CORRECTIVE ACTION - REPAIRED LEFT HAND SIDE FUSELAGE JUST AFT OF ENTRY DOOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH EMB 145 SRM 51-75-00. THE DAMAGE REPAIR WAS CLASSIFIED AS A MAJOR REPAIR AND IS LOCATED ON THE CENTER FUSELAGE I, LEFT HAND FUSELAGE SKIN BETWEEN FRAMES FR19L & FR20L AND STRINGERS STR11L & STR12L.
IAH FLIGHT 3907. THE CREW REPORTED AN ELECTRICAL SMOKE ODOR IN THE FORWARD CABIN. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CABIN LIGHT CONTROL MODULE, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED LIGHT ASSEMBLY FOR SEATS 19A-21A. OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
BHM-FLIGHT 4369, THE CREW REPORTED SMELL OF SMOKE AND VISIBLE SMOKE ON SIDEWALL LIGHT PANEL 20A WITH A VISIBLE BURN MARK. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED IN BHM WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT. DEACTIVATED LIGHT ASSEMBLY AT SEAT 20A AND PLACE IN MEL 33-20-00-2 AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. THIS SDR FILED OPEN PENDING FINAL CORRECTIVE ACTION.
IAH-FLIGHT 3916 THE EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN NEAR SEAT 1A WAS REPORTED AS COMING OFF AND WOULD NOT LIGHT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT INVERTER, REINSTALLED THE EXIT SIGN, AND OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 4087, DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT THE FA SEAT AND EMERGENCY EXIT WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 4087, DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT THE FA SEAT AND EMERGENCY EXIT WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

FLIGHT 3914, DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE #2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK PACK WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 3990, DURING CLIMB THE CREW REPORTED A LANDING GEAR DISAGREE MESSAGE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED DEPARTURE WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND THE RT MLG SIDE STRUT LOWER STRUT ASSEMBLY TO BE SEPARATED FORM THE LOWER ATTACH POINT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED & REPLACED THE AFFECTED RT MLG SIDE STRUT ASSY, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED THE MLG ATTACH POINTS AND STRUCTURE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 3980, THE CREW REPORTED PFD#1 FAIL "SMOKED SMELL". THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED PFD#1, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE #3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK WILL NOT ILLUMINATE LIGHTS. MX R&R #3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE #1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK WILL NOT ILLUMINATE LIGHTS. MX R&R #1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
TYS A/C IS HERE FOR A REPAIR OF A DOUBLER AT FRAME 4 AND STRINGERS 9L TO 11L DUE TO MORE DAMAGE FOUND. MAINTENANCE CUT OUT THE DAMAGE AREAS, FABRICATED FILLERS AND A NEW DOUBLER, INSTALLED REPAIR PARTS IAW ETD 2020-145-019642. ALLODINED,PRIMED AND PAINTED IAW EMB 145-CPM-51-21--04/05/06. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE. 5

DURING C CHECK INSPECTION FOUND CHAFE DAMAGE TO STRINGER 19L EXTERNAL REINFORCEMENT TEE WEB BETWEEN FRAME 52 AND 53. CHAFE CAUSED BY WING TO FUSELAGE FAIRING. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED STRINGER 19L (ONE ANGLE REPAIR) I/A/W SRM 53-24-02.
IAH- FLIGHT 4289 DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE R/H EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE #2 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWERSUPPLY BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE LH AND RH OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED #4 EMERGENCY BATTERY TRAY WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE 4/20/20.
IAH - DURING FLIGHT THE CREW REPORTED THAT THEY SMELLED BURNING / SMOKE. RAN QRH TURNED OFF THE RECIRC FAN AND THE SMELL DISSIPATED. THE AIRCRTAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER 1 ACM, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS OR SMOKE SMELL NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE EXIT AISLE PATH LIGHTING FROM ROW 8 TO 11 WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. ALSO EXIT ROW 18 UPPER AND LOWER SIDEWALL SIGNS INOP AND ROW 18 AFT CEILING EXIT SIGN INOP. MX PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE 4/20/20.

L/H I/B FLAP HAS AREAS OF DELAMINATION ON TRAILING EDGE. REPAIRED DELAMINATION IAW EA12-2020-055. FLAP WAS RETURNED TO STOCK.
IAH - FLIGHT 3985, DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE AISLE PATH LIGHT STRIP AT ROW 8-9 WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PLACED THE LIGHT STRIP ON MEL AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. ON 04/15/20 IAH MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED LIGHT STRIP, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 4229, DURING MX INSPECTION THE MAIN PAX DOOR EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INTERMITTENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED LIGHT ASSEMBLY, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DEN - FLIGHT 3938 THE EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIP AT SEAT 3A WOULD NOT GLOW. THE LIGHT STRIP WAS PLACED ON MEL 33-50-01, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. ON 04/07 THE IAH MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, OPERATIONALLY TESTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
XNA - FLIGHT 3951 THE CREW REPORTED AN ELECTRICAL SMELL IN THE COCKPIT ONLY WITH PACK ONE (1) ON, AND THAT THE SMELL DISSIPATED WHEN PACK ONE (1 WAS TURNED OFF. THE AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED AND PACK ONE (1) WAS PLACED ON MEL 21-51-00-3. ON 04/04/20 THE AIRCRAFT LANDED IN IAH WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE #1 ACM, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CARGO DOOR CUT-OUT SILL HAS CORROSION. REMOVED AND REPLACED CARGO DOOR CUT-OUT SILL. AIRCRAFT STILL IN C CHECK.
