SEEMED TO BE MORE OR SLIGHTLY STRONGER ODOR WHEN ENGINES ACCELERATE. NO C/B`S POPPED. REMOVED CAPTS VSI INDICATOR AND FOUND IT TO BE VERY HOT WITH A BURNING ODOR COMING FROM INDICATOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED SAME.

PILOT REPORT, SUSPECTED FUEL LEAK RIGHT ENGINE FUEL FLOW NORMAL IN FLIGHT -5700PPH, NO VISUAL LEAKAGE NOTED REQ'D REBALANCING 3 TIME IN FLIGHT. FOUND BOLTS LOOSE ON FUEL PUMP TO MEC TUBE AT MEC. REPLACED GASKETS AND RETORQUED BOLTS (P/N 731203193) GASKET TUBE (P/N 9378M10G07).
REPEAT WRITE UP - AFTER TAKEOFF CONFIG FLAPS MSG WITH ASSOCIATED NOSE AIR/GRD DISAGREE. PSEU FAULTED TARGET 266. CLEANED SENSOR/TARGET, PERFORMED BIT ON PSEU, OPS CHECK WAS NORMAL PER FIM BOTH TARGETS CHECKED NORMAL 244 AND 266. ALSO SLUGGED THE TARGET TO SIMULATE NOSE GEAR EXTENSION. ALSO CHECKED NORMAL. FOUND NOSE GEAR SENSOR S266 DAMAGED. REPLACED S266 PER M/M.
ON LAYOVER, FOUND EXIT IDENTIFIER ABOVE L-1 DOOR INOP. REPLACED POWER SUPPY DUE TO PIN 9 ON CONNECTOR BENT BACK.

INBOARD WRITE UP / ALL SLIDE LIGHTS INOP AFTER PUSHBACK. FOUND POPPED C/B. FOUND 1R DOOR CAUSING C/B T-35 (DOOR ARM WARNING) TO POP. RESET C/B, SMELLED HEAVY ELECTICAL SMELL. MTC STILL IN WORK, FOUND LIGHT ASSY SHORTED AT 1R AND PSEU CARD NR 6 FAULTY. REPLACED LIGHT ASSY AND CARD, OPS CHECK NORMAL.
FUMES FILLED CABIN DURING T/O ROLL, SMELLED LIKE O/HEATED OVEN OR BURNING PAPER DID NOT SMELL LIKE ELECT. SMOKE ALARMS IN AFT LAVS WENT ON. SMELL DISAPATED TEMPORARILY RTND ON LDG. RAN ENGS AT T/O PWR W/ACFT PACKS ON; NO SMOKE OR ODOR NOTICED IN CABIN. REPLACED RECIRC FILTERS, CHKD ALL LAV TRASH CONTAINERS AND FIRE EXTINGUISHER CKD, ALL COFFEEMAKERS AND OVENS. NO PROBLEMS NOTED, ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
THE RT SIDE FUSELAGE SKIN WAS FOUND WITH A DEEP DENT AT FS 1368 AT THE HORIZONTAL INTERCOSTAL MIDWAY BETWEEN STRINGERS 30R AND 31R. THE DAMAGE REQUIRES REMOVAL, REQUIRING A CUTOUT SIZED APPROX 3.5 FWD/AFT BY 2.50 UP/DOWN. THE INTERNAL INTERCOSTAL IS NOT REPORTED DAMAGED. THE DAMGE WILL BE REPAIRED PER ER/A 361326-14 REVISION 'B'.
THE RT SIDE FUSELAGE SKIN WAS FOUND WITH A DEEP DENT JUST FORWARD OF FS 544 BETWEEN STRINGERS 36R AND 37R BELOW THE SKIN LAP JOINT. THE DAMAGE REQUIRES REMOVAL, REQUIRING A CUTOUT SIZED APPROX 3.0 FWD/AFT BY 4.0 UP/DOWN. IN ADDITION, TWO SMALL EDGE SECTIONS SIZED 0.50 BY 0.50 OF THE FS 544 FRAME INTERNAL TEAR STRAP REQUIRED CUTOUT AT THE UPPER AND LOWER AFT CORNERS OF THE SKIN CUTOUT. THE DAMAGE WILL BE REPAIRED PER ER/A 361325-14 'A'.
TEN MINUTES AFTER FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED ELECTRICAL SMOKE SMELL IN RIGHT GALLEY, BOTH MID AND AFT CABIN LAV SMOKE DETECTORS ACTIVATED IN FLT. NO DETECTABLE SMOKE OR FIRE, TURNED UTILITY BUSES OFF FOR REMAINDER OF FLT. REPLACED INBD COFFEE MAKER MID GALLEY DUE TO BURNT ELECTRICAL ODOR FROM COFFEE MAKER. IN ADDITION, INSPECTED A/C CEILING AREA RAN REC FANS, CHECKED ALL VCR'S, OPENED AND INSPECTED ALL MID GALLEY ELECT PANELS AND ALL OK.
A SECTION OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE DURING TEST. REPLACED POWER SUPPLY M738, OPS CHECK GOOD.
AT V1 PLUS 3 KNOTS, LOST CAPTS A/S, ALTITUDE, AND HAD L AND REEC WARNING. RETURNED TO ATL. FOUND CAPTAIN'S PITOT PROBE PARTIALLY PLUGGED, REPLACED PROBE, OPERATION NORMAL.
