MASTER CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH THE HYDRAULIC FLUID LOW ANNUNCIATOR.
HYDRAULIC FLUID LOW ILLUMINTAED. INDICATOR REPLACEMENT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE. NOTE: REPAIR WORK PERFORMED UNDER RAPAIR STATION CERTIFICATE UA2R206L.
LEFT MAIN GEAR DID NOT INDICATE GEAR DOWN.
NR 1 ENGINE INBD FIRE SEAL CHANNEL IS CRACKED AT THE FOOT WHERE IT BOLTS TO THE LOWER AFT COWL.
NR 1 ENGINE OTBD FIRE SEAL CHANNEL IS CRACKED AT THE FOOT WHERE IT BOLTS TO THE LOWER AFT COWL.
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND NR 1 ENGINE FWD AIR INLET DUCT CRACKED AT THE INBD RIVET THAT ATTACHES THE BRACKET FOR THE INLET HEAT DUCT. CRACKED WHERE THE INLET IS STARTING TO CURVE.
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND NR 2 ENGINE FWD AIR INLET DUCT CRACKED AT THE OTBD RIVET THAT ATTACHES THE BRACKET FOR THE INLET HEAT DUCT. CRACKED WHERE THE INLET IS STARTING TO CURVE.
DISCOVERED CORROSION ON THIS MAGNESIUM WHEEL. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED CORROSION IN THE BEARING AREA (UNDER THE RACE) TO WHICH THERE ARE NO REPAIRABLE LIMITS. CONDEMNED THE WHEEL AND CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER.
UPON INSPECTION FOUND HYDRAULIC LEAK COMING FROM MANUFACTURED FITTING GOING TO INLET SIDE OF HYDRAULIC PUMP. UPON EXAMINATION WITH AIRCRAFT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE ON PUMP, SAW FLUID COMING FROM SOLDERED JOINT IN FITTING WHERE IT IS BRAZED TOGETHER. ON DISASSEMBLY OF FITTING FOUND INSUFFICIENT SILVER SOLDER MATERIAL. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE'VE SEEN THIS.
INTERNAL LEAK OF FUEL THROUGH GATE VALVE, WITH SHUT-OFF VALVE IN CLOSED POSITION. (I)
