DURING A SCHEDULED STRUCTURAL INSP A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE RT FWD SPAR CAP ABOVE CSS 62. REPAIRED CRACK IN FWD RT SPAR CAP BY REMOVING THE DAMAGED SECTION OF THE CAP AND SPLICING IN A NEW SECTION IAW FR-CO-02599.
A 1.75 INCH CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE LOWER FUSELAGE SECTION AFT OF THE MAIN SPAR ON THE LEFT SIDE (FS 292) DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION. THE CRACK WAS STOP DRILLED AND A DOUBLER INSTALLED IAW BEECH SRM CHAP 53-90-18.
STRONG BURNING SMELL IN THE COCKPIT - AIR RETURN TO BIL. TROUBLESHOT TO SHORTED BURNT 37 PIN CONNECTOR AT DB-207 AURAL ANNUNCIATOR AMPLIFIER.
PILOT SMELLED BURNING ODOR. DIVERTED TO NEAREST AIRPORT. INVESTIGATION DETERMINED FUEL TRANSFER SWITCH FAILED INTERNALLY. SWITCH AND ATTACHED WIRE OVERHEATED CAUSING SMOKE AND ODOR.
THE FASTENERS WERE DISCOVERED TO BE WORKING INTO THE LOWER SKIN WHILE DOING AN INSPECTION OF THE WING. IT APPEARS THAT THIS WAS CAUSED BY NORMAL WING FLEX IN THIS AREA. (K)
DURING INSPECTION A CRACK WAS FOUND IN THE AIR-STAIR DOOR FRAME LOWER AFT AREA. CRACK ORIGINATED AT THE HING PIN RETAINER SCREWHOLE AND EXTENDED FORWARD APPROX. 10 INCHES THRU THE HINGE UPPER RIVET ROW. AFTER REMOVING THE HINGE, THE SKIN WAS FOUND CRACKED ALSO.
UPON INSPECTION OF RIGHT HAND OUTBOARD HORIZONTAL STABILATOR ELEVATOR HINGE BRACKET A BADLY EXFOLIATED BRACKET WAS FOUND. A FLEET INSPECTION REVEALED 4 OUT OF 5 AIRCRAFT HAD THE CORRODED BRACKET THAT NEEDED REPLACED.
UPON INSPECTION OF RIGHT HAND OUTBOARD HORIZONTAL STABILATOR ELEVATOR HINGE BRACKET, A BADLY EXFOLIATED BRACKET WAS FOUND.
FPO/FLL - FLT 9149 - NOSE GEAR INDICATOR FAILED TO ILLUMINATE WITH GEAR EXTENDED. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AND WAS FERRIED TO MIAMI. REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR. (X)
PBI/MIA - FLT 9319 - NOSE GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATED APPROXIMATELY 1-1/2 MINUTES AFTER MAIN GEAR WITH GEAR SELECTED DOWN. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY. ADJUSTED NOSE GEAR MICROSWITCH.
TPA/TLH - FLT 9197 - NOSE GEAR LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE WITH GEAR SELECTED DOWN. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY. REMOVED AND REPLACED GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED ANNUNCIATOR. (X)
MIA/TPA - FLT 9440 - NOSE GEAR INDICATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AND WAS FERRIED TO MIA. ADJUSTED NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH. (X)
FLL/TPA - FLT 9164 - NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE UNTIL 2 MINUTES AFTER MAIN GEAR. FERRIED AIRCRAFT TO MIAMI. PERFORMED GEAR SWING SEVERAL TIMES WITH AIRCRAFT ON JACKS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. (X)
AT SCHEDULED INSPECTION, DISCOVERED EXFOLIATION CORROSION ON BELLY SKIN AT STA 288. THE CORROSION WAS ADDRESSED IN SIX SEPARATE REPAIRS. FIVE REPAIRS WERE TO REMOVE DAMAGED SKIN, PROTECT AREA, INSTALL FILLER AND EXTERIOR DOUBLER. ONE REPAIR REQUIRED A STRINGER REPAIR, ALL WORK WAS PER SRM.
FLT 7149 - FPO/FLL - GEAR WARNING DID NOT SOUND AND GEAR HANDLE WARNING LIGHTS DID NOT COME ON WHEN POWER REDUCED TO FLIGHT IDLE. GEAR HANDLE LIGHTS WILL NOT TEST. AIRCRAFT FERRIED TO MIA. REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR HANDLE AND SWITCH ASSY. PERFORMED GEAR RETRACTION AND EXTENSION WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. (M)

FLT 7173 - NAS-MIA - LEFT MAIN GEAR TORQUE LINK BROKE. REPLACED LEFT MAIN UPPER AND LOWER TORQUE LINKS AND PISTON AXLE ASSEMBLY. CYCLE CONTROLLED ITEM, CSO, 3987 CYCLES. (M)
FLT 7168 - MCO/FLL - UPON ARRIVAL INTO FLL, GREEN NOSE GEAR INDICATOR FAILED TO ILLUMINATE, CYCLED GEAR. ALL THREE INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. A/C LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE A/C WAS FERRIED TO MIA WITH GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED. JACKED A/C, CLEANED NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH. OPERATION CHECK SATISFACTORY. RELEASED TO SERVICE. (M)
