INSPECTION FOUND A .2500 INCH CRACK IN INTERCOSTAL AT STA 328, LBL 36. THE INTERCOSTAL WAS REPLACED IAW SRM 51-10-2.
THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF FROM OKC. THE GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT GO PAST THE OFF POSITION. CREW ATTEMPTED TO USE OVERRIDE WITH NO SUCCESS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO OKC WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LANDING GEAR LATCH AND PRESS WARNING CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS RESET AND A GEAR SWING CHECKED GOOD.

INSPECTION FOUND FUSELAGE SKIN DENTED AT STA 312, S20R. THE DENTED AREA OF SKIN WAS CUT OUT AND A DOUBLER WAS INSTALLED IAW SRM 53-00-51, FIGURE 202.
INSPECTION FOUND FLOOR SUPPORTS DELAMINATED AT STA 540, RBL 24-RBL 48 AND AT LBL 24-LBL 48. A TWO INCH CRACK WAS FOUND IN EACH FLOOR SUPPORT AT STA 540, RBL 1 AND LBL 1. THE FLOOR SUPPORTS WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW SRM 51-10-02.
THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT OVERHEAD OF L-1, R-1, AND R-2 DOORS; THE SLIDE LIGHTS AT R-1, R-2, AND R-3 DOORS; AND LIGHTS AT PSU'S 3ABC, 5F, AND 25F ALL ILLUMINATED WHEN TESTED, BUT WENT OUT WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 10 SECONDS. CHARGING WAS NO HELP. THE BATTERY PACKS AT EACH OF THREE LOCATIONS (STA 960L, 960R, AND 326L) WERE REPLACED. NORMAL OPERATION OF THE LIGHTS WAS RESTORED.
THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF FROM EWR. THE LEVER LATCH LOCK OVERRIDE WAS USED PER CHECKLIST AND THE GEAR RETRACTED. THE FLIGHT WAS CONTINUED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEVER LATCH CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS RESET AND TESTED IAW MM 32-31-21, PAGE 101 AND THE TEST WAS GOOD.
THE APU FIRE WARNING LIGHT AND BELL ACTIVATED IN FLIGHT WITH THE APU SHUTDOWN. THE APU FIRE HANDLE WAS PULLED AND APU FIRE BOTTLE DISCHARGED. THE APU HANDLE LIGHT REMAINED ON. THE AIRCRAFT WAS DIVERTED TO GSO WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE APU ASSEMBLY AND COMPARTMENT AND FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE. THE CANNON PLUG FOR AFT FIRE LOOP WAS CLEANED AND LOOP WAS REPOSITIONED AROUND LOAD CONTROL VALVE. THE FIRE HANDLE WAS RESET.

THE LT MLG RED UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR RETRACTION DEPARTING SLC. THE GEAR WAS RECYCLED, BUT THE LIGHT DID NOT EXTINGUISH UNTIL SEVERAL MINUTES LATER. THE FLIGHT WAS CONTINUED WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEM. MAINTENANCE COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE M986 LOGIC CARD WAS REPLACED AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. A-SYSTEM CHECK WAS PERFORMED PER MM 32-09-20, PAGE 411 AND 412 AND OPERATION CHECKED GOOD.
BFM - INSPECTION FOUND THE L-2 EXTERIOR DOOR LOCATOR EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE. THE POWER SUPPLY AT STA 960L WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED AND OPERATION OF THE DOOR LOCATOR EMERGENCY LIGHT CHECKED GOOD. )X)
BFM - INSPECTION FOUND AN AFT SECTION OF EMERGENCY LIGHT TRACK INOPERATIVE. THE AFT BATTERY CHARGER WAS REPLACED AND OPERATION OF THE EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHT WAS RESTORED. (X)
