DURING A 150 HR INSPECTION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL BOOTS WERE NOT INFLATING. THIS AREA IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE PILOT TO SEE DURING A FUNCTION CHECK AND MUST BE INSPECTED REGULARLY.
