BRAKES NO BRAKING ACTION-CORRECTIVE ACTION REPLACED BRAKE LININGS IAW C207MM 5-58. PERFORMED BRAKE BURN-IN IAW C207MM 5-59A. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AIRCRAFT ON GROUND AND PILOT REPORTS NO LEFT RUDDER AND NO LEFT BRAKE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AIRCRAFT AND DETERMINED THAT THE LEFT SIDE MASTER CYLINDER WAS SHEARED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED DEFECTIVE MASTER CYLINDER AS REQUIRED. NO OTHER DEFECTS WERE NOTED. TIME ON PART IS UNKNOWN.
PILOT REPORTS FUEL LEAKING FROM REAR OF ENGINE COMPARTMENT. MAINTENANCE TIGHTENED LOOSE FUEL LINE BETWEEN ENGINE DRIVE FUEL PUMP AND FUEL CONTROL. GROUND RUN REVEALED NO FURTHER LEAKS.
DURING A PHASE INSPECTION, THE COPILOT LOWER OUTER DOOR SILL WAS FOUND CRACKED. REPLACED WITH A NEW.
EXHAUST VALVE APPARENTLY STUCK OPEN, WAS STRUCK BY PISTON AND IN TURN SLIGHTLY BENT AT THE STEM. THIS INADVERTENTLY CAUSE THE VALVE TO STICK IN A CLOSED POSITION THERE BY BENDING THE EXHAUST PUSHROD SLIGHTLY.
