HOT BURNING AIR SMELL IN CABIN WITH PACKS ON. UNABLE TO ISOLATE SOURCE. PASSENGERS REPORTING BURNING EYES, NAUSEA, ETC. REPLACED NR 1 AIR CYCLE MACHINE AND ALL 3 COALESER BAGS. NO DEFECTS NOTED IN SHOP.

RETURNED TO FIELD UNDER AMBER ALERT WITH NR 3 ENGINE SHUTDOWN. REPLACED MEC. SHOP INSPECTION OF MEC SHOWS EXCESSIVE LEAKAGE WITHIN THE CDP SENSOR, WHICH CAUSES A FUEL SCHEDULE SHIFT.

A ZONE RT EEL STRIP LIGHT FAILED OPERATIONAL CHECK. REPLACED EEL STRIP IN FRONT OF RT MID LAV.

RUDDER AND RUDDER TRIM FROZE ON DESCENT. RUDDER WAS BROKEN LOOSE WITH HEAVY PRESSURE AND TRIM BECAME FREE DURING TAXIING IN HEAVY RAIN IN HNL. REPLACE RUDDER TRIM PUSH\PULL CABLE. INSPECTED AND LUBED AFT RUDDER QUADRANTS. CHECKED RUDDER PER MMOV.
