DURING OW2 CHECK, SLIDE/SPOILER SQUIB TEST FAILED. FOUND VOLTAGE OF RIGHT ESCAPE BATTERY LOW. REPLACED BATTERY AND PERFORMED GOOD TEST OF SQUIBS.
DURING MTC, FOUND THAT RT AND LT OVERWING SLIDE SQUIBS WOULD NOT TEST. REPLACED THE BATTERY PACKS FOR THE OVERWING SLIDE POWER SUPPLYS. THE SQUIBS THEN TESTED NORMALLY.
EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH LIGHT (1 WHITE) MISSING AT SEAT 10B. REPLACED MISSING LIGHT ASSY AT 10B, OPS CKS GOOD.
STRONG ODOR IN ALL GALLEYS, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO WORK IN FOR THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS ALSO REPORT THAT THERE IS NO DEFINABLE SOURSE AND IT SMELLS LIKE BURNED PAPER OR A HOT IRON. FOUND FIBERGLASS TAPE INSTALLED ON THE LOWER COVER PLATE OF ALL 8 GALLEY COFFEEMAKER. MODIFIED COFFEEMAKERS PER ERA 310476-14.
