WHILE EN ROUTE THE RT ENG OIL PRESS LIGHT KEPT FLICKERING ON & OFF WHILE AT THE SAME TIME THE RT OIL PRESS GAUGE KEPT INDICATING AROUND 5PSI. 40 MINUTES OUT THE OIL PRESS WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED STEADY & OIL PRESS REMAINED AT 5 PSI. ENG WAS SHUTDOWN. ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT, CLOSED.
ACFT HAD MINOR FUEL LEAK FROM CENTER WING TANK AFT SEAM. REMOVED CENTER WING PANEL AND INVESTIGATED LEAK. FOUND SEALANT AT AFT WEB AT THE RT GEAR DOOR FORWARD HINGE ATTACH AREA BUBBLED. REMOVED SEALANT AND CLEANED AREA. FOUND THE LOWER AFT SPAR CAP ANGLE CRACKED IN RADIUS APPROX 3" EITHER SIDE OF CENTER OF THE LOWER ATTACH BOLTS FOR THE RT FWD GEAR DOOR HINGE MOUNT CASTING. CONTACTED STRUCTURES FOR REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS.
ON CLIMB OUT, CREW REPORTED FUEL SMELL IN FLIGHT DECK AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. CREW REPORTED THE FUEL SMELL SEEMED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH FOOT WARMER VENTS. MX INVESTIGATING REPORT. MX REMOVED PANELS AND GAINED ACCESS TO BLEED AIR LINES AND CABIN AIR DISTRIBUTION DUCTS. PERFORMED INSP OF DUCTS, BLEED AIR LINES AND COLLESTER SOCK. NO FUEL CONTAMINATION WAS FOUND. OPS CHECK OF VENTILATION GOOD. NO FUEL ODOR VENTILATION OR BLEED AIR DUCTS.
PILOT REPORTED CABIN WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE. CABIN LIGHT CAME ON, RETURN TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT ADS FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE FOUND SQUAT SWITCH ON RT MLG OUT OF RIG, ADJUSTED AND PERFORMED OP CHECKS, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (CLOSED)
PILOT REPORTED ELEVATOR FELT SOFT ON TAKEOFF AND ABORTED. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED ELEVATOR AND CONTROLS WITH HYDRAULICS ON/OFF PER THE FALCON M/M FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED GEAR WOULD NOT COME UP AFTER TAKE-OFF FROM, RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT FOR MAINTENANCE. WILL UPDATE AFTER MAINTENANCE.
PILOT REPORTED JEWEL LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKE OFF, DIVERTED FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE FOUND NR 1 HYDRAULIC TRANSMITTER SEAL LEAKING, CLEANED AND LUBED SEAL. OPS CHECK RESERVOIR PRESSURE SYSTEM AND INDICATION SYSTEMS, RETURN AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF IN YIP. RETURNED TO YIP FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
GEAR DOOR WOULD NOT INDICATE UP. AIRCRAFT FERRIED TO ADS FOR MAINTENANCE. AIRCRAFT JACKED AND GEAR SWUNG COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
