DEPARTED GYH-ADS, AT FL180 PILOT NOTED SPARKS BY THE RT ENGINE AND THEN THE OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT ACTIVATED AND PRESSURE GAUGE SHOWED 0. ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN, ATC CONTACTED AND PERFORMED AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING AT THE NEAREST AIRPORT.
ON DECENT IN TO ELP THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED, THE RH M/L/G DOWN AND LOCKED GREEN LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. THE ALTERNATE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION SYSTEM WAS USED WITH THE GREEN LIGHT STILL WAS NOT ILLUMINATED. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND FLEW BY THE TOWER FOR A VISUAL CHECK OF THE GEAR, ATC REPORTED ALL THREE LANDING GEAR WERE DOWN. A NORMAL LANDING WAS COMPLETED.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED LYH-SHV, AT CRUISE ALTITUDE OF FL280 THE LEFT ENGINE EXPERENCED A LOSS OF POWER/FLAMEOUT, THE CREW DECENDED TO FL240 AND PERFORMED A SUCCESSFUL AIR START. AFTER LANDING IN SHV THE ENGINE WAS INSPECTED BY AMERISTAR MAINT AND THEY FOUND FOD DAMAGE TO THE 1ST STAGE COMPRESSOR BLADES AND THE FAN BLADES.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED CHS, SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF THE RH ENGINE ROLLED BACK ON POWER. CREW CONTACTED ATC AND RETURNED TO CHS.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED KGKY FOR KELP, WHILE IN CRUISE THE CREW EXPERIENCED ICING CONDITIONS AT FL280 AND WHEN SELECTING THE AIRFRAME AND ENGINE ANTI-ICE SYSTEMS ON THE LH ENGINE HAD A FLAMEOUT DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND PUT ON THE BLEED AIR SYSTEM. CREW NOTIFIED ATC THEN STARTED A DESCENT TO FL240 WHERE A SUCCESSFUL AIR START WAS PERFORMED FLIGHT CONTINUED TO ORIGINAL DESTINATION OF KELP. EL PASO AERO INSPECTED BOTH ENGINES FOR COMPRESSOR/FAN FOD AND NONE WAS FOUND SO A GROUND PERFORMANCE RUN WAS COMPLETED ON BOTH ENGINES WITH ALL OPS NORMAL. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED LRD AND AT 800' THE RH ENGINE LOST POWER, A RESTART ATTEMPT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AND THE TOWER WAS INFORMED OF THE SITUATION AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO LRD FOR AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. POST FLIGHT INSPECTION REVEALED THE RH ENGINE COMPRESSOR AND FAN HAD FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE CAUSING THE LOSS OF POWER.
ON DEPARTURE FROM KGVT THE CREW HEARD A NOISE FROM THE RH WING AREA, NOT SURE WHAT IT WAS THEY LEFT THE GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED AND PERFORMED A FLY BY THE TOWER AND DETERMINUED THE RH M/L/G PISTON/AXLE ASSEMBLY WAS MISSING. THE AIRCRAFT WAS FLOWN TO KAFW WHERE THE CREWED PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY LANDING.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED DPA FOR TCL DURING CRUISE THE LT WING FUEL TRANSFER PUMP PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE CREW ATTEMPTED TO BALANCE THE FUEL USING THE NORMAL AFM PROCEDURE FOR AN INOP FUEL TRANSFER PUMP BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, UPON ARRIVAL AT TCL THEY WERE GIVEN VECTORS FOR A DELAY IN LANDING BUT DUE TO THE FUEL IMBALANCE THE ELECTED TO DECLARE A MIN FUEL EMERGENCY FOR PRIORITY HANDLING. AIRCRAFT LANDED AT ITS SCHEDULED DESTINATION WITHOUT INCIDENT.
ON APPROACH IN TO KYIP THE LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN WITH ONLY 3 RED LIGHTS ILLUMINATED, PILOT REPORTED IT DID NOT SOUND LIKE THE GEAR HAD EXTENDED AND CONTACTED TOWER TO DO A FLYBY AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT SEE THE GEAR EXTENDED. LANDING GEAR EMER EXTENSION PROCEDURE 'A' WAS PERFORMED PER THE AFM WITH THE GEAR EXTENDED AND ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED KFNT-KSHV AND WAS @ FL280 WHEN THE CABIN ALT WARNING HORN AND LIGHT ACTIVATED THE CREW STARTED THE CHECKLIST AND SELECTED CABIN PRESSURIZATION MANUAL MODE AND ATTEMPTED TO LOWER THE CABIN ALTITUDE WITH NO SUCCESS, AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THEY DIVERTED TO KSBN. 2 LINES GOING TO THE PRESSURIZATION OUT FLOW VALVES WERE FOUND CRACKED, LINES HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND THE CABIN PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM HAS PASSED OPS CHECKS PER THE AMM.
AFTER DEPARTING LIT ICING CONDITIONS DEVELOPED AT FL270 THE ENGINE ANTI-ICE WAS ACTIVATED FOLLOWED BY THE AIRFRAME ANTI ICE SYSTEM, SHORTLY AFTER THAT THE NR 1 AND NR 2 ENGINES STARTING LOSING RPM. THE CREW SWITCHED TO AIR START AND AT FL255-250 BOTH ENGINES RESTARTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS DIVERTED TO ATL.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, THE STALL HORN SOUNDED WITH ALL FLIGHT INSTRUMENTS NORMAL AND NOTICED AN ELECTRICAL ODOR, PERFORMED AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING. THE STALL VANE TRANSDUCER FAILED AND CAUSED THE ELECTRICAL ODOR, UNIT WAS REPLACED.
ON APPROACH, THE LT MLG WOULD NOT EXTEND, USING THE ALTERNATE GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURES THE GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. ACFT LANDED WITH THE LT MAIN GEAR RETRACTED, MX LIFTED THE WING & EXTENDED THE GEAR & TOWED THE PLANE TO THE MX HANGAR. ACFT IS STILL IN WORK.
ON DEPARTURE, DURING CLIMBOUT THE CREW NOTICED THE NR 1 EPR HAD DROPPED TO 1.4 AND 600 DEG EGT AND THEY RETURNED. MAINTENACE FOUND THE OVERSPEED GOVERNOR TEST LINKAGE HAD BROKEN, PUTTING THE OSG IN TO GROUND TEST MODE, THE OSG WAS REPLACED AND ALL OPS CHECKS WERE NORMAL. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
DURING PHASE 1 ACFT INSPECTION, DISCOVERED THE RUDDER TO BELL CRANK RT ATTACH BOLT MISSING. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE BOLT HAD FAILED. AN INSPECTION OF THE RUDDER TORQUE TUBE WAS CONDUCT & IT WAS NOTED THAT THE ATTACH HOLES OF THE BELL CRANK & RUDDER WERE ELONGATED. PARTS MENTIONED WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW & AS A PRECAUTION REPLACING THE UPPER & CTR RUDDER HINGE & HARDWARE. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
WHILE EN ROUTE THE RT ENG OIL PRESS LIGHT KEPT FLICKERING ON & OFF WHILE AT THE SAME TIME THE RT OIL PRESS GAUGE KEPT INDICATING AROUND 5PSI. 40 MINUTES OUT THE OIL PRESS WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED STEADY & OIL PRESS REMAINED AT 5 PSI. ENG WAS SHUTDOWN. ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT, CLOSED.
PILOT REPORTED PRESSURIZATION DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN. INVESTIGATED REPORT & DISCOVERED CORROSION & CRACK IN THE RT AFT LOWER SKIN UNDERNEATH THE AFT WING TO BODY FAIRING. ACFT REPAIRED IAW WITH ENGINEERING REPAIR SCHEME BY REMOVING DAMAGED AREA OF SKIN FROM FRAME 30 - 33 & BETWEEN STRINGER 21 RT & 22 RT. INSTALLED NEW SKIN & DOUBLER IAW ENGINEERING. NO FURTHER ACTION, CLOSED.
NEARING THE END OF CRUISE FLT EN ROUTE TO RFD CREW REPORTED AN ELEC SMELL IN THE COCKPIT. THE AUTOPILOT AMP HAD FAILED & WAS THE PROBABLE SOURCE OF THE SMELL. REPLACED AUTOPILOT AMP & TESTED THE SYS NO DEFECTS NOTED OR SMELLS.
DURING CRUISE SMELLED AN ELEC ODOR IN CABIN. DETECTED ODOR SOURCE TO BE IN LAVATORY AREA WHERE ENTERTAINMENT SYS EQUIP LOCATED. DEACTIVATED ENTERTAINMENT SYS POWER BY PULLING CB. CABIN WAS VENTED MOMENTARILY TO ALLEVIATE REMAINING ODOR. FLIGHT CONTINUED. ENTERTAINMENT SYS INVERTER HAD FAILED. MEL 25-6 PASSENGER CONVENIENCE ITEMS APPLIED TO THE ENTERTAINMENT SYS.
ENROUTE, MEM LOW FUEL PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY NR 2 ENGINE ROLL BACK. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. ON COMPLETING THE PROPER CHECKLIST AND "O" PROCEDURE, DISCOVERED CROSSFEED VALVE INADVERTENTLY MOVED TO THE CLOSED POSITION. OPENED CROSSFEED VALVE AND RESTARTED NR 2 ENGINE. EMERGENCY WAS CANCELED AND CONTINUED THE FLIGHT WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEM.
ON FINAL AT GEAR SELECTED DOWN, LT GEAR FAILED TO INDICATE DOWN AND LOCKED. PILOT FLEW BY TOWER TO VERIFY GEAR DOWN. NORMAL LANDING EXECUTED. MX DISCOVERED GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR BULB BAD. REPLACED BULB, ALL INDICATIONS AND GEAR FUNCTION NORMAL.
ACFT HAD MINOR FUEL LEAK FROM CENTER WING TANK AFT SEAM. REMOVED CENTER WING PANEL AND INVESTIGATED LEAK. FOUND SEALANT AT AFT WEB AT THE RT GEAR DOOR FORWARD HINGE ATTACH AREA BUBBLED. REMOVED SEALANT AND CLEANED AREA. FOUND THE LOWER AFT SPAR CAP ANGLE CRACKED IN RADIUS APPROX 3" EITHER SIDE OF CENTER OF THE LOWER ATTACH BOLTS FOR THE RT FWD GEAR DOOR HINGE MOUNT CASTING. CONTACTED STRUCTURES FOR REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS.
RT GENERATOR TRIP OFF LINE IN FLIGHT, FOLLOWED BY LT GENERATOR. ACFT DIVERTED, LANDING NORMALLY. MX DISCOVERED RT GENERATOR OIL SOAKED AS A RESULT OF THE AXIS C SEAL LEAKING. REPLACED AXIS C SEAL AND RT STARTER GENERATOR. DETERMINED NO FAULT WITH LT GENERATOR SYS. ACFT ELECTRICAL GENERATION SYS GROUND CHECKED NORMAL.
ACFT DID NOT PRESSURIZE. ACFT DECLARED EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. LANDING NORMAL. MX EVALUATING DISCREPANCY WITH AUTO PRESSURE SYS.
ON APPROACH, GEAR WOULD NOT COME DOWN WITH GEAR HANDLE. PERFORMED PROCEDURE "A". GEAR INDICATION DOWN GREEN. ACFT DIVERTED, LANDING UNEVENTFUL. MX DISCOVERED RT UP-LOCK SWITCH FAILED. R & R RT UP-LOCK. PERFORMED GEAR SWING. OPS NORMAL. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
ENROUTE, AFTER APPROX 1 HR, RT ENGINE CHIP DETECTOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CREW PERFORMED CHECKLIST ITEMS AND ENGINE SHUTDOWN PROCEDURES TO SECURE THE RT ENGINE. CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED. ACFT LANDED WITH NO ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE REQUIRED. UPON INSP OF THE CHIP DETECTOR, MX DISCOVERED 1 SMALL METAL SLIVER ACROSS THE CHIP DETECTOR. MX PERFORMED THE ACTIONS REQUIRED BY MM 79-20-02. NO DEBRIS FOUND IN THE OIL FILTER OR OIL SCREEN ON INITIAL INSP. RAN ENGINE AFTER CLEANING OF THE OIL FILTER AND OIL SCREEN. CHIP DETECTOR LIGHT NO LONGER ILLUMINATED. NO DEBRIS FOUND IN THE OIL FILTER OR OIL SCREEN AFTER RUN. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
HEADING/COURSE REMOTE SELECTOR EMITTED SMOKE. DISCONTINUED USE OF REMOTE SELECTOR AND SMOKE WENT AWAY. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED REMOTE SELECTOR SHORTED INTERNALLY. REPLACED REMOTE SELECTOR WITH A REPAIRED UNIT. PERFORMED SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECK. SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. [CLOSED]

ATTEMPTED TO IDENTIFY PROBLEM AND FOUND FLAPS WOULD NOT EXTEND PAST 15 DEGREES. CONTACT TOWER AND ASKED FOR LONGEST RUNWAY. TOWER DECLARED EMERGENCY UNREQUESTED BY FLT CREW. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED INTERMITTENT FAILURE OF THE FLAP DRIVE MOTOR. FLAP DRIVE MOTOR/GEAR REDUCTION UNIT REPLACED IAW MM 27. OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CLIMBING THROUGH FL170 CREW REPORTED A FUEL LIKE ODOR. MX INVESTIGATED REPORT AND FOUND NO ABNORMALITIES. ACFT WAS TEST FLOWN AND NO FUEL LIKE ODOR EXISTED. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON CLIMB OUT, CREW REPORTED FUEL SMELL IN FLIGHT DECK AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. CREW REPORTED THE FUEL SMELL SEEMED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH FOOT WARMER VENTS. MX INVESTIGATING REPORT. MX REMOVED PANELS AND GAINED ACCESS TO BLEED AIR LINES AND CABIN AIR DISTRIBUTION DUCTS. PERFORMED INSP OF DUCTS, BLEED AIR LINES AND COLLESTER SOCK. NO FUEL CONTAMINATION WAS FOUND. OPS CHECK OF VENTILATION GOOD. NO FUEL ODOR VENTILATION OR BLEED AIR DUCTS.
ON FINAL AT 100' AGL PILOT REPORTS ELEVATOR CONTROL JAMMED. AT 25' AGL THE CREW REPORTED A LOUD POP AND THE ELEVATOR FUNCTION RETURNED TO NORMAL. UPON INVESTIGATING REPORT OF A LOCKED ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM, MX INSPECTED THE ENTIRE ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM. DURING CAPSTAN CHECK DISCOVERED THAT ELEVATOR CAPSTAN WAS FULL OF WATER. SUSPECT THE WATER FROZE AT ALTITUDE LOCKING THE ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM. MX ALSO REPORTS THAT THERE IS NO DRAIN HOLE ON THIS CAPSTAN TO EVACUATE ANY CONDENSATION OR WATER ACCUMULATION FROM INSIDE CAPSTAN. MX R & R CAPSTAN & PERFORMED RIGGING/TEST PROCEDURES PER THE LEAR 24E MM. FINDINGS COMMUNICATED TO MANUFACTURER TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED FOLLOWING LANDING GEAR EXTENSION (3) REDLIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED WITH (3) GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR EMERGENCY EXTENSION PROCEDURE A. FOUND MLG DOORS DID NOT RETRACT FOLLOWING MAIN GEAR EXTENSION. JACKED ACFT AND RESET EMERGENCY GEAR HANDLE. CYCLED LANDING GEAR THROUGH SEVERAL CYCLES WITH NO FAULTS NOTED. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE FAIL MODE, POSSIBLY DUE TO MOISTURE FREEZING IN LANDING GEAR POSITION SWITCHES.
CREW OBSERVED THE DME DISPLAY TO GO EXTREMELY BRIGHT FOLLOWED BY THE CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPING. CREW BRIEFLY NOTICED AN ELECTRICAL SMELL/SMOKE IN COCKPIT THAT WENT AWAY SHORTLY AFTER CIRCUIT BREAK POPPED. NO SPECIAL HANDLING WAS REQUESTED BY THE CREW. ACFT PROCEEDED TO LBB AND LANDING NORMAL. MX REPLACED THE DME INDICATOR AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK. UNIT OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. [CLOSED]
ON TRANSITION FROM CLIMB TO CRUISE A FAINT GROWLING NOISE WAS HEARD IN THE REAR OF THE ACFT. WHEN SPEED INCREASED FROM 230 KTS TO 275 KTS THE SOUND BECAME MORE APPARENT. CREW REQUESTED TO DIVERT. UPON DESCENDING THROUGH 7000 MSL A FAINT POPPING NOISE WAS HEARD. CREW THEN REQUESTED PRIORITY HANDLING AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. ACFT LANDING NORMAL ON RNWY 30L. MX CREW DISPATCHED. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT NACELLE ANTI-ICE AND THE RT ENG ANTI-ICE VALVE. PERFORMANCE RUN AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS.
ON DESCENT, ACFT HYD PRESSURE GAUGE READ ZERO. LANDING GEAR EXTENDED MANUALLY. ACFT LANDED NORMALLY. MX REPLACED NR1 AND NR2 ENGINE DRIVEN HYD PUMP. OPS CHECK GOOD AFTER MX. [CLOSED]
ON DECENT INTO CLT CREW BEGIN TO DETECT ELECTRICAL SMOKE AND SAW SMOKE FROM BETWEEN THE GLARE SHIELD AND NR 3 GLASS. CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED CLT WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSPECTED WIRING FOR EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE. REPLACED WINDSHIELD HEAT REGULATOR.
ACFT LOST MAIN HYD PRESSURE DURING DECENT INTO 'FAR'. ON LANDING ROLL OUT DEPLOYED DRAG CHUTE AND ACTIVATED EMERGENCY BRAKE. MX DISCOVERED THE NR 3 BRAKE HSG CRACKED RESULTING IN FLUID LOSS. DRAG CHUTE REPACKED, HYD RESERVOIR SERVICED, BRAKE CHANGED AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. [CLOSED]
CLIMBOUT GTR GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT UPON GEAR RETRACTION. CREW PERFORMED PROCEDURES PER MANUAL. LANDING UNEVENTFUL IN GTR. AIRCRAFT MOVED TO ADS UNDER FAA SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT FOR REPAIR. MAINTENANCE FOUND FAULTY SWITCH IN NOSE GEAR UP LOCK. REPLACED FAULTY SWITCH IN UP LOCK ASSY. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
AT APPROX 0100 EST, ACFT LANDED, DUE TO CONTAMINATION PRESENT ON THE RUNWAY THE ACFT STOPPED 100 FT INTO THE RUNWAY OVERRUN. THE ACFT TAXIED UNDER IT'S OWN POWER TO THE RAMP. THE CREW REPORTED THAT THERE WAS CRACK IN THE NOSE GEAR STRUT. A REPORT WAS FILED WITH THE NTSB. INITIAL EVALUATION BY A MAJOR FBO SUGGESTED THE NOSE GEAR SHOULD BE CHANGED PRIOR TO FLT. OPERATOR ELECTED TO HAVE MFG EVALUATE ACFT. EVALUATION REVEALED THAT STRUCTURAL DAMAGE WAS PRESENT TO THE NOSE GEAR ATTACH BEAM AND SURROUNDING ACFT STRUCTURES.
LT TIP TANK DAMAGED AND DENTED ON AFT LOWER SURFACE. TIP TANK REMOVED AND AFT CONE REMOVED TO EVALUATE DAMAGE. DISCOVERED AFT CENTER BULKHEAD DEFORMED, INNER ATTACH DOUBLER DEFORMED AND LOWER SEAM RIVETS SHEARED. TIP TANK REQUIRES REPAIR FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
ENGINE RPM ROLLED BACK FL430 PLUS 30 MINUTES. AIRCRAFT DESCENDED TO FL 150 AND DIVERTED TO GSP. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED ENGINE DRIVEN FUEL PUMP FAILED. REPLACED FUEL CONTROL/FUEL PUMP ASSY. NO FURTHER DEFECTS.

AFTER DEPARTURE, CLIMBING THROUGH 3000 FT, REAR COMPARTMENT FIRE WARNING ILLUMINATED. THE FO PEERED THROUGH THE INSPECTION GLASS NOTICING NO VISUAL INDICATION OF FIRE. AS A PRECAUTION, THE CAPT DISCHARGED THE FIRE BOTTLES AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, RETURNING TO DEPARTURE WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT WAS SHUTDOWN AND CREW EXITED THE AIRCRAFT. FIRE DEPARTMENT OPENED REAR COMPARTMENT AND FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE. MAINTENANCE FOUND FIRE WARNING LIGHT TO BE ON INDICATING A SHORT IN THE SYSTEM. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE FIRE WARNING CONTROL BOX SHORTED INTERNALLY. REPLACED FIRE WARNING CONTROL BOX. SYSTEM OPERATION NORMAL.
DURING MCI INSPECTION FRAME 7 ON THE LT SIDE, DIRECTLY BEHIND AFT EDGE OF PILOTS SIDE WINDOW WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED IN THE UPPER TUB. ENGINEERING EVALUATED THE CORROSION AND DETERMINED THAT REPAIR WAS NEEDED AND ISSUED AN ENGINEERING INSTRUCTION FOR THE REPAIR. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED REPAIR IAW THE ISSUED ENGINEERING INSTRUCTION. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. (CLOSED)
DURING TANK AND PLANK INSPECTION THE LT AND RT WING TO FUSELAGE ATTACH FITTINGS WERE DISCOVERED TO HAVE MINOR CORROSION ON THE LOWER OB SURFACE. THE WINGS WERE DEMATED TO INSURE THAT CORROSION HAD NOT MIGRATED TO BETWEEN THE WING TO FUSELAGE ATTACH FITTINGS. CORROSION WAS EVALUATED BY ENGINEERING AND AN ENGINEERING INSTRUCTION WAS ISSUED. CORROSION WAS WORKED IAW THE ENGINEERING INSTRUCTION. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. [CLOSED]
ON TAXI OUT, COPILOTS WINDSHIELD HEAT PRODUCED SMOKE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED WINDOW FACIA AND DISCOVERED SHORTED WIRES. REPAIRED WIRES AND TESTED SYSTEM. OPERATIONS NORMAL. [CLOSED]
UPON LANDING AT SHV, AIRCRAFT STARTED TO GENTLY VEER LEFT OF CENTERLINE. THE CREW RELEASED THE BRAKES AND TURNED ANTI-SKID OFF. AIRCRAFT CAME TO AN UNEVENTFUL STOP ON THE RUNWAY. INSPECTION REVEALED BOTH LH AND RH MAIN TIRES BLOWN. ANTI-SKID TESTED NORMALLY ON THE BEFORE LANDING CHECK LIST. NO DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT OCCURED. MAINTENCE REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL FOUR MAIN TIRES AND WHEELS. DISCOVERED ANTI-SKID CONTROL BOX FAILED. REPLACED ANTI-SKID CONTROL BOX. ANTI-SKID FUNCTIONAL TEST GOOD.[CLOSED]
