MAIN CABIN DOOR GIRT BAR INDICATOION IS NOT SHOWING PROPER ROD INDICATION. RE-ATTACHED GIRT BAR TO AFT HINGE.
L1 DOOR SLIDE WILL NOT ARM, HANDLE WILL NOT MOVE DOWN. RE-ATTACHED GIRT BAR ASSY ON DOOR IAW EMB 170 MM 52-11-41. DOOR ARMS NORMALLY AT THIS TIME.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS STUCK ON. RESET EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER UNIT AND CHARGED BATTERIES IAW AMM 33-50-01. MESSAGE CLEARED, LIGHTS OFF.
L1 DOOR WILL NOT ARM. INSPECTED L1 DOOR AND ADJUSTED DOOR GIRT BAR IAW EMB 170 AMM 52-11-41. OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON CLIMBOUT, PASSING THROUGH 20,000 FEET, F/A CALLED FLIGHT DECK REPORTING A SMOKY ODOR IN THE AFT GALLEY. THERE WAS NO VISIBLE SMOKE. LEVELED OFF AT FL240, DIVERTED. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. WHILE STARTING DESCENT, F/A REPORTED THE ODOR HAD DISSIPATED AND THE SOURCE APPEARED TO BE THE AFT COFFEEMAKER WHICH WAS SPILLING COFFEE ONTO THE HOT BURNER PLATE. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX RAN BOTH ENGINES WITH APU BLEED OFF AND BOTH PACKS RUNNING TO TAKEOFF POWER AND BACK TO IDLE, THEN ISOLATED THE ENGINE BLEEDS AND RAN PACKS WITH APU BLEED ON FOR 20 MINUTES. NO ODOR NOTED, PLACED COFFEEMAKER ON NEF. THE NEF WAS CLEARED THAT NIGHT WITH AN OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING BIRD STRIKE INSPECTION FOUND DENT ON NOSE AREA BETWEEN FR1 AND FR2, STR 6L AND STR 2L. CUT OUT DAMAGE AND INSTALLED FILLER AND DOUBLER IAW ETD 2010-170/10396 REV B.
MAJOR REPAIR - CRACK IN VERTICAL STAB JUST AFT OF RT UPPER HOIST POINT. STOP DRILLED CRACK TIPS AND PERFORMED NDI HFEC INSPECTION TO LOCATE CRACK TIPS IAW EMB 175 SRM 51-10-04. ACCOMPLISHED FINAL REPAIR TO RT SKIN OF VERTICAL STAB IAW ETD 2010-170/02797 REV C.
EMERGENCY LIGHT FAULT MESSAGE. MAINTENANCE RESET EMERGENCY LIGHT, OPS TEST GOOD IAW EMB FIM 33-50-00-810-803A. MAINTENANCE LATER REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 3 ELPU IAW MM 33-50-01.
