DURING CLIMB, THE COMPUTER FLAGS FLICKERED INTERMITTENTLY (CAPT'S SIDE). DURING CRUISE THE CAPT'S ADI INDICATED 90 DEGREES NOSE UP WITH BOTH FLAGS SHOWING AND THE AP DISCONNECTED FROM THE F/O'S SIDE. FOUND WIRE W001-0394024 LOCATED AT PLUG 0158 TO EXHIBIT INTERMITTENT CONTACT WITH AHRS COMPUTER. REMOVED AND REPLACED CONNECTOR PIN. SYSTEM OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW EMB MM CH 34-27.
PRIOR TO LEVEL OFF AT FL230 CAPTAIN ATTITUDE INDICATOR AND HEADING DISPLAY TUMBLED AND WOULD MOMENTARILY RESET AND THEN TUMBLE AGAIN. FOUND FUSE CAP TO NR 1 AHC85 LOOSE. RECONNECTED CAP HEADING. CHECKS GOOD.
CAPTAIN'S EHSI/ADI COMPLETE FAILURE IN FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED AHC-85 CAPTAIN'S SIDE (NR 1). OPS CHECKS GOOD PER MM 34-21-01 & 34-21-00.

AFTER TAKEOFF, LEFT MAIN GEAR FAILED TO FULLY RETRACT. BOTH A AND B RED LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED. RETURNED TO FIELD. TOOK AIRCRAFT TO GARRETT, SWUNG LANDING GEAR. ALL DOORS WOULD NOT CLOSE. CHANGED GEAR DOOR SEQUENCE VALVE, ADJUSTED LEFT STRUT GEAR ACTUATOR, AND SWUNG GEAR NUMEROUS TIMES. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
FLAP DISAGREEMENT LIGHT CAME ON AFTER TAKEOFF. RETURNED TO THE FIELD. CLEANED WATER FROM LEFT OUTBOARD FLAP CANNON PLUG. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF, WITH CLIMB POWER SET, RT ENGINE TORQUE CLIMBS TO 109 PERCENT. UNABLE TO CONTROL WITH POWER LEVER. RETURNED TO YUM. SWAPPED EEC FROM SIDE TO SIDE. PROBLEM STAYED WITH RT SIDE. RAN ENGINE AT TAKEOFF POWER FOR 20 MINUTES WITH EEC OFF, NO PROBLEMS OCCURRED. EEC DEFERRED PER THE MEL 73-21-1, LT EEC'S SWAPPED FOR FURTHER CONFIRMATION. COULD NOT PRODUCE. RAN ENGINES ON GROUND, COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM. ALL SYSTEMS CHECK GOOD. NO TORQUE FLUCTUATIONS OR FUEL FLOW.
AFTER DEPARTURE, ON CLIMB OUT, AFTER SETTING CLIMB DOWN, AIRCRAFT SURGED AND RT ENGINE TORQUE SETTING WENT TO 127 PERCENT. WHILE REDUCING POWER, PROP WAS AT 127 PERCENT, TORQUE MOMENTARILY 1 SEC OR LESS. AFTER INSPECTION, FOUND CASE GROUND BLOCK NOT GROUNDED FOR TORQUE INDICATOR. CLEANED AND RE-GROUND BLOCK IAW MM 77-13-00. BONDING CHECKS GOOD.
