AFTER TAKEOFF STALL WARNING LIGHT WITH ASSOCIATED TRIPLE CHIME WENT ON THEN OFF. REPEATED EVERY FEW MINUTES, BUT NO STALL WARNING PANEL LIGHT. REPLACED NUMBER TWO STALL WARNING COMPUTER WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT. ALSO, REPLACED STALL WARNING CONTROL PANEL WITH SERVICEABLE ASSEMBLY. ALL CHECKS AND TESTS FOUND GOOD. DURING DESCENT, RUDDER REQUIRED FULL NOSE LEFT RUDDER TRIM TRAVEL TO STOP. RUDDER TRIM INEFFECTIVE. PERFORMED RUDDER ACT HEALTH CHECK, AND PCU CHECK IAW EMB 120 MM 27-22-00. FOUND GREEN RUDDER ACTUATOR TO FAIL. REMOVED AND REPLACED GREEN RUDDER ACTUATOR WITH A SERVICEABLE PART. CHECKED OPERATION OF RUDDER AND RUDDER TRIM SATISFACTORY REF EMB MM 27-22-02. P/N ON: 308140-1003, S/N ON: 00026, S/N OFF 0650. PERFORMED OPS CHECK ON RUDDER AND RUDDER TRIM. WITH AUTOPILOT YAW ENGAGED SEEMS TO OPERATE A LITTLE SLOW USING RUDDER TRIM WHEEL. ALL OTHER FUNCTIONS OPERATE NORMAL. REPLACED RUDDER SERVO IAW MM 22-10-00, OPS CHECK GOOD. P/N ON: 622-5734-002, S/N ON: 1604, S/N OFF: 7835.
UPON RETRACTION AFTER TAKEOFF ALL OF THE LANDING GEAR RED AND GREEN LIGHTS ILLUMINATE WITHOUT COMPLETING GEAR RETRACTION. WHEN RECYCLED, LANDING GEAR ONLY RETRACTS AFTER ABOUT A 5 SECOND DELAY AND EXTENDS NORMALLY. PERFORMED MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE. REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL BOX FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. OPS CHECK GOOD. P/N 120-38594-501, S/N ON: 120060, OFF: 148922-305.
AT 90 KNOTS TAKEOFF ROLL, GOT DOOR WARNING ON MAP AND FLASHING MASTER WARNING. NO TRIPLE CHIME LIGHT WENT OFF ON DECELERATION. FOUND INBOARD FUEL SERVICE DOOR AFT CAMLOC TO BE LOOSE AND PUSHED THROUGH. REPLACED CAMLOC AND ADJUSTED SWITCH ON OUTBOARD FUEL SERVICE DOOR. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
INTERMITTENT HDG AND ATT FLAGS AND COMPUTER FLAG ATT INDICATOR WANDERING ON CAPTAINS SIDE. ABORTED TAKEOFF. REPLACED NUMBER ONE AHRS COMPUTER. OPS CHECK GOOD. P/N 622-6190-204, S/N 2746.

DURING FLIGHT, RIGHT TORQUE FLUCTUATES FROM 64 PERCENTS DOWN TO 0 PERCENTS (ANALOG AND DIGITAL). RETURNED TO SFO. REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE TORQUE PROBE. OPS CHECKED GOOD ON ENGINE RUN.
LEFT OIL PRESSURE DROPPED TO APPROXIMATELY 50 PSI AND STAYED IN YELLOW ARC. DIVERTED FROM MRY TO SBA. REPLACED LEFT OIL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER. PERFORMED RUNS AT ALL POWER SETTINGS, OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
CABIN WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE AND CABIN ALT REMAINED AT 10,000 THROUGH OUT CLIMB. RESECURED ELECTRO PNEUMATIC VALVE CLOSED AS PER MEL 21-30-01, GROUND RUN SHOWS MANUAL CHECKS GOOD. FOUND LOOSE SECTION OF CARGO DOOR SEAL. PRESSURIZED ACFT TO 5.0 PSID IN AUTO AND MANUAL, OPS CHECKS GOOD. RESTORED ELECTRO PNEUMATIC VALVE TO NORMAL.
