MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND FUEL LEAKAGE AT THE RIGHT OUTBOARD WING VENT BOX TRANSFERRING TO WHEEL WELL THROUGH WIRING CONDUIT. REPLACED COUPLING HOSE P/N: 106200H10-8 WITH NEW HOSE. CLEANED UP RESIDUAL FUEL AND CLOSED UP PANEL ON RIGHT WING TIP.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND CORROSION AROUND AND THROUGH BOLTS OF INTERIOR HANDLE BELLCRANK ASSY. ON AIRSTAIR DOOR, THE BELLCRANK ATTACHMENT HAS BEEN MODIFIED BY SB 129-4020-1 USING KIT 129-4020, (ONCE THEY OPEN IT UP IT MIGHT BE A PART REPLACEMENT INSTEAD OF A MAJOR REPAIR).

DURING THE PASSENGER BRIEFING (WITH ENGINES NOT RUNNING), A PASSENGER OPENED UP THE 6C EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR. MX REINSTALLED THE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR.
PILOT REPORTED THAT THE CABIN DOOR WAS SQUEELING IN FLIGHT. MX CLEANED THE DOOR SEAL, PRESSURIZATION CHECKS GOOD, OK FOR SERVICE.
MAJOR REPAIR - DURING A SCHEDULED ROUNTINE INSPECTION MAINTENANCE FOUND THE UPPER GARGO DOOR FUSELAGE FRAME AT FS 460 AND STRINGER 3L CRACKED 1.3" IN LENGTH. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED THE AFFECTED AREA AND PERFORMED ALL REQUIRED RII INSPECTIONS I.A.W. EO 11-1900-53-026. MATERIALS UTILIZED ARE INCLUDED IN THE ENGINEERING ORDER.
PILOT REPORTED THAT WHEN BLOWER IS PLACED TO AUTO, IT GAVE OFF AN ELECTRICAL ODOR, WHEN TURNED OFF, ODOR WENT AWAY. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FORWARD BLOWER ASSY IAW AIM 21-02 AND CW CORROSION INSPECTION.
PILOT REPORTED THAT ONE OF THERE EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON THE CAPTAIN'S SIDE IS MISSING A BULB. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE MISSING BULB PN 1864 AND FILTER PN D165-100-2 IAW BMM 33-10-04, OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
INCREASING POWER ON APPROACH, LT ENGINE REMAINED AROUND 500 LBS TORQUE, DID NOT RESPOND TO POWER LEVER INPUT WHILE RT ENGINE SPOOLED TO APPROX 1200 TORQUE. LT ENGINE AUTOFX TRIGGERED AND TOOK APPROX 2-3 INCHES OF POWER LEVER MOVEMENT TO GET LT ENGINE TO RESPOND TO INPUT. MAINTENANCE OBSERVED CREW PERFORMING RUN UP PER MM 61-21-00, SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
MAJOR REPAIR - DURING A SCHEDULED ROUNTINE INSP MX FOUND A CRACK IN THE LOWER FWD SKIN ON THE 6A EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR, 1.2" IN LENGTH. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED THE AFFECTED AREA AND PERFORMED ALL REQUIRED RII INSPECTIONS IAW EO 10-1900-52-005. MATERIALS UTILIZED ARE INCLUDED IN THE ENGINEERING ORDER.
DURING A SCHEDULED ROUNTINE INSPECTION MAINTENANCE FOUND A THE CARGO PARTITION FUSELAGE ATTACH POINT HOLES ARE WORN, TOP LEFT, TOP CENTER, AND TOP RIGHT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE REPAIR TO BE A MINOR REPAIR - REPAIRED PARTITION ATTACH POINTS, TOP, TOP RIGHT AND TOP LEFT. ATTACHING WITH RIVETS PN MS20470 E5 AND CR2839 CW-5 IAW SRM 51-40-02 AND 51-40-03.
MAJOR REPAIR - DURING A SCHEDULED ROUNTINE INSP MX FOUND A CRACK ON THE LT HEAVY FRAME ANGLE AT FS 288 FWD BEND RADIUS, 1.4" IN LENGTH. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED THE AFFECTED AREA AND PERFORMED ALL REQUIRED RII INSPECTIONS IAW EO 10-1900-53-053. MATERIALS UTILIZED ARE INCLUDED IN THE ENGINEERING ORDER.
MAJOR REPAIR - DURING A POSTFLIGHT INSP, A DENT WAS FOUND ON THE LT SIDE OF THE ACFT 6" AFT OF THE FWD CARGO DOOR BULKHEAD 6" FROM THE BOTTOM, APPROX 2" IN LENGTH. MX REPAIRED THE AFFECTED AREA IAW EO 10-1900-53-008. RII INSPECTIONS COMPLIED WITH IAW EO 10-1900-53-008. MATERIALS UTILIZED ARE INCLUDED IN THE EO.
DURING A POSTFLIGHT INSP, A DENT WAS FOUND ON THE LT SIDE OF THE ACFT 6" AFT OF THE FWD CARGO DOOR BULKHEAD 6" FROM THE BOTTOM, APPROX 2" IN LENGTH. MX REPAIRED THE AFFECTED AREA IAW EO 10-1900-53-008. RII INSPECTIONS COMPLIED WITH IAW EO10-1900-53-008. MATERIALS UTILIZED ARE INCLUDED IN THE EO.
DURING ROUTINE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE THE EMERGENCY EXT DOOR 4C DID NOT OPEN PROPERLY. MAINTENANCE LUBED THE LATCH MECHANICAL SHAFT, RE-INSTALLED THE DOOR IAW MM 52-20-00 STEPS A-C FOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION AND IAW 52-20-01 STEP D FOR LUBING. NO RIGGING WAS REQUIRED. OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE DOOR WAS GOOD.
DURING ROUTINE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE THE EMERGENCY EXT DOOR 6C DID NOT OPEN PROPERLY. MAINTENANCE LUBED THE LATCH MECHANICAL SHAFT, RE-INSTALLED THE DOOR I.A.W. BMM 52-20-00 STEPS A-C FOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION AND I.A.W. 52-20-01 STEP D FOR LUBING. NO RIGGING WAS REQUIRED. OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE DOOR WAS GOOD.
FLT 5091 - ENROUTE, PILOTS REPORTED THAT THE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. THE J-HOOK DID RELEASE. THEY TRIED A COUPLE TIME TO GET THE GEAR TO COME UP. MAINTENANCE RE-STOWED THE EMERGENCY HANDLE AND INSPECTED THE LT AND RIGHT SAFETY SWITCHES. GEAR SWINGS WERE PERFORMED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO DICREPTIMES WITH NO DESCREPANCIES NOTED. REFERENCE MM 32-20-00. OPERATIONAL CHES WERE GOOD.
DURING A SCHEDULED STRUCTURAL CHECK, MX DISCOVERED A CRACK ON THE RT HEAVY ANGLE AT FA 288.0. LENGTH OF CRACK APPROX 1.5 INCH LONG. MX REPAIRED THE RT HEAVY ANGLE AT FA 288.0. IAW. EO-09-1900-53-003. REPAIR AREA APPROXIMATELY 13.5 INCH LONG OUT OF PN 114-430002-7180. RII INSPECTIONS COMPLIED WITH. MATERIALS UTILIZED INCLUDE AND 10133-1033-2024 T-4, EA9303.3 NA ADHESIVE, ALODINE, MS20470AD5 AND MS20470AD6, CR3553P6N RIVETS.
