SEVERAL FAS REPRORTED FEELING LIGHT HEADED DURING FLT & AGAIN DURING DESCENT. IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING CREW DISEMBARKMENT, NONE OF THE MEMBERS EXPRESSED CONCERN FOR THE SYMPTOMS. FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF ODORS, FLUIDS OR MAINTENANCE MESSAGES IAW AMM DMC-B787-A-45-11-00-49A-110B-A. NOW OR IN PREVIOUS HISTORY OF LOGBOOK ENTRIES THAT WOULD CAUSE THIS PHYSIOLOGCAL EPISODE. IAW GMM 06-35-10. INSTALLATION INSPECTED, FUNCTIONALLY CHECKED AND FOUND SATISFACTORY. REQUEST FURTHER OBSERVATION AND INFORMATION NEXT FLIGHT.

NON-NORMAL ODOR IN FLIGHT DECK FROM FLT DECK GASPER VENTS WHEN FLIGHT DECK TEMP CONTROLLER HEATING ELEMENT CYCLES ON. MX MSG 21-71321 FWD ZONAL DRYER ELEC DRIVE PWR FAIL, STRONG ODOR NOTICED WHEN HEATER ELEMENT REMOVED. REPLACED HEATER FWD DRYER REF DMC-B787-A-21-72-04-00A-520A-A AND 720A-A AND AIR FILTER REF DMC-B-787-A-21-72-02-00B-520A-A AND 720A-A. RAN ALL 4 CACS AND ALL TESTS PASSED. NO ODOR NOTICED.
EICAS AND STATUS MESSAGE FOR LT ENGINE THRUST REVERSER. AFTER REACTIVATING REVERSERS, OPS TESTED IAW DMC-B787-A-678-31-00-15F-320A-A & MESSAGE CLEARED. MESSAGE WAS CAUSED BY DEBRIS IN REVERSER
FWD CREW REST COMPARTMENT EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT EXTINGUISH WITH ACFT POWER REMOVED AND EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCH OFF. CYCLED SWITCH, NO HELP. REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY PACK.
L2 DOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. ACCOMPLISHED THE SYS RESET AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER IAW DMC-B787-A-33-51-00-00D-320A-A, OPS NORMAL.
AT FL 400 ATTEMPTED TO START APU 10 HRS INTO FLIGHT. APU WOULD NOT START. APU HANGS BETWEEN 30-50%, 3 ATTEMPTS ALL FAIL. APU MX MSG NR 49-10291 NOT ACTIVE. PERFORMED ASSOCIATED FIM TASK VISUALLY INSPECTION APU, NO LEAKS NOTED. SERVICED APU WITH 1QT OIL. APU STARTS & OPERATES NORMAL ON GND.
BURNT RUBBER SMELL ONLY L4 & R4 BETWEEN JUMP SEAT & REST ROOM. TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS IN THESE AREAS & AFT GALLEY. SMELL DISAPPEARED INSPECTED ALL LIGHTING SYS AT AFT GALLEY & DOOR 4L & R4 AREA, ALSO INSPECTED ABOVE GALLEY CEILING AREA. NO EVIDENCE OF BURNING & ODOR. CONFIRMED ALL FUNCTION NORMAL INCLUDING EMER LT T & IFE NEAR DR 4L & R4 SEATS.
