NEED INSPECTION OF FWD RIGHT ESCAPE SLIDE DUE TO CATERING ATTEMPTING OPENING DOOR WHILE ARMED. PERFORMED ESCAPE SLIDE PACK VISUAL CHECK IAW AMM 25-66-01-200-802 & ESCAPE SLIDE PACK IONFLATION CYLINDER. BOTH OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO PRESSURE LOSS ON CYLINDER.
EMERGENCY ESCAPE SLIDE FOR DOOR R1 HAS A SHORN OFF DRIFT PIN ON THE QUICK RELEASE MECHANISM. DAMAGE IS ON AN ESCAPE SLIDE. UPDATED FOR AN SDR. SAFETY PIN HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON THE R1 SLIDE AS REQUIRED. REPLACED SHORN PIN. LATCH BLOCK ASSEMBLY OPERATES NORMALLY. OK TO CONTINUE.
